Pros: Quiet, simple, well positioned, clean. Helpful staff

Excellent location and friendly helpful staff.

Pros: Loved the location and the staff were very helpful and polite. Gorgeous double room and nice pool area.

Cons: The kids club was just a room with a few toys. It was beside the pool and bar which was good but other than that wasn’t much of a kids club.

Pros: The property was clean, very central, staff were helpful and friendly , desk is manned 24/7

Cons: The only thing I would change is the block you stay in, the first 4 nights we were in a twin room in the actual hotel, no complaints about this. It was a perfect room, quiet on a night with pool view comfy beds, last minute we had to add a extra night on, only room available was a king room but it was in the outside block they have a separate building, bed wasn’t comfy, quite a strong smell of drainage in the room and so so noisy outside bins were getting emptied at 3am, could here people shouting coming in off the streets early hours, would definitely stay here again just making sure I was in the actual hotel block and twin room.

Pros: Our stay here was great! Clean towels and room cleaning every day, bottled water supplied as well. The good at the pool bar/kitchen is worth to try if you get tired of street food.

Cons: The air conditioning in our room was very loud and had no night option. We had to switch it off for the night but that left the room really warm

Pros: Room was spacious. Very pleasant stay. Pool is very nice, my children also enjoyed a lot. We haven't opt for Breakfast here. The Beach is nearby only few minutes walking from Hotel. The Night Bazar is also nearby. Lots of Indian Restaurants are near this property.

Pros: Fabulous stay at Glow Ao Nang. Kind and friendly staff. Great house keeping every day. Pool towels provided and room service daily. Modern facilities. Great weights gym and cardio section. Pool was modern. Comfy beds.

Cons: Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment but the pizza at the pool bar was frozen style not worth getting. Air con at the weights gym didn’t work. Quadruple rooms were a bit of a squeeze.
