Pros: Good size and clean rooms, serviced daily. Friendly and helpful staff. 10 min walk to the beach and shops, restaurants etc Good value for money in comparison with other hotels in the area.

Pros: Booked two rooms, in one deluxe there was an awful smell in the bathroom. Wonderful staff tried much to help and changed a room with better situation - thank you very much for this decision. The hotel is situated close to bhoth beaches and boat stations, so it easy to plan your vacation. Rooms are clean, but there was a lack of light in one, hot water with good pressure, that's a good monent. Plus the bed was really comfy. Just OK to stay here if you are not going to spend much time in the hotel.

Pros: Nice location. Easy access to the beach with a 10 min walk. The room was clean and the beds comfortable.

Cons: The smell coming from the bathroom.

Good base camp in Ao Nang

Pros: I liked the size of the room, well equipped with air conditioning. Everything was clean, good location-up to 10 min walk to Ao Nang Beach, stores, good restaurants. The laundry service and the restaurant related were a nice addition to save some time in freshing up your clothes and eating breakfast before a trip. Also, we received every day a free goodie bag made out of tea, instant coffee and water bottle, that was a nice touch from the hotel. I would recommend staying here as it was a good atmoshpere, friendly staff and good value for the money.

Cons: Our room was oriented to the main road, so it was a bit noisy, especially at night. I felt unsafe outside, as the pavement from the hotel road was very broken or not existing at all, forcing us to pass very close to the scooters and cars but this is not neccesarily a problem of the hotel but which still needs to be solved.

Very nice

Pros: Nice size rooms and bathrooms, far enough from the main strip to avoid the noise but only a short walk to get there. Cafe downstairs is very nice for breakfast and coffee. No pool but you can use the pool in the hotel opposite for 200 baht per person.

Cons: Our shower didn’t seem to drain very well and left big puddles in the bathroom

Pros: Everything the only thing missing is maybe a swimming pool. Fantastic place to stay.

Pros: Great location, away from the gusto of the main strip.

Cons: It was the only one out of the 5 hotels we stayed in Thailand that didn’t charge us through booking.com and when we got there we were told that if we payed by card we would be charged an extra 4% of our stay which was around 1500THB . If we had known we would have at least brought cash or acted otherwise. Because this way I was charged twice (the 4% of the hotel plus the money to exchange extra euro to baht because the baht I had in my card were exactly the amount of the hotel) I think if they want to have this policy they should very clearly state it through the platforms.

Was pleasant and excellent value for money with its location.

Pros: Location and cleanliness. Also the convenience of the cafe downstairs. Balcony amazing. Sizes of room amazing.
