Pros: It's very close to the Kata & Karon Beach. The apartment is just opposite 7 11 shopping centre, Pubs, restaurants so it's a very good location.

Pros: Location, big room. Water, toilet paper and coffee free refill, great cleaning service, comfortable bed a bit hardver mattres.

Cons: Worn out towels full of stains, worn out linen, price per value ratio not good, even though it’s cheaper than other places in Kata, it’s expensive for what you get. Our window couldn’t be locked and a shared balcony is in front of it, so anyone of the guests or staff could enter the room through the window if they wanted. Shady street but amazingly located.

Pros: Great for that money. It was clean, it has fridge and TV

Cons: The bed was too hard for me, but for someone else maybe better

Really nice staff, a father and son who were delightful and helped me get to the airport

Pros: The place was very clean and tidy - no weird smells or ants in corners - room was great value for money

Cons: Maybe make it abit more clear beforehand where you’re staying between their first property and second (only 3 minute walk from eachother)

Pros: Easy check-in and check-out. Very central for the North end of Kata. Easy to park the bike out front and good value for money

Affordable and pleasant stay

Pros: Good location near 7-11, local restaurants and within 15 min of walk from Kata and Karon beaches. Fridge, powerful fan and hot water. The owner was friendly and attentive, he allow me to do a late check out which was very appreciated.

Pros: Clean and toiletries. Coffe and tea for tenants. Positive attitude.

Cons: Had to pay cash although Booking.com indicated possibility to pay by Visa. Owner was honest he no longer has cards machine, he hadn't charged card therefore it wasn't a problem to pay cash just for one night.
