Cons: Need to be aware that a 2000 THB deposit is required on top of the initial booking fee and is returned when you leave.

Pros: Room was spacious and has a great balcony to relax on. Didn’t use the pool but was nice to have option. Super close to two beaches and a Seven 11 right at the bottom of hotel. Definitely will stay here again, if I’m ever in the area. Tip top

Great location, large comfortable rooms and friendly staff
Pros: Staff were friendly and very accommodating. They were very willing to help
Cons: One of our beds was extremely hard. We stayed 6 nights - I had a very sore back by the time I left. We were at the bottom of the hill- the rooms were more like hotel rooms than bungalows. They were large and clean with a great balcony. Unfortunately, they are close to the properties washing machines and were noisy with the machines being put on early in the morning

Pros: Had a great stay at kataonsea bungalows,they are in a perfect location giving access to both kata and karon beach,the bungalows were cleaned every day,it is very peaceful so slept well in a comfortable bed,the staff were all excellent,would stay here again, good value for money

NICE, CALM, CLEAN, SATISFACTORY AND VALUE FOR MONEY STAY.
Pros: FAMILY VISITED DURING OCTOBER 2025 FINAL DAYS. STAYED FOR 3 NIGHTS. VERY FRIENDLY AND PROMPT STAFF. MOST OF THE DAY WE WERE BUSY EXPLORING. NICE, CLEAN AND TIDY ROOM. BATHROOM GOOD TOO. 7-ELEVEN JUST OUTSIDE. TOUR BOOKINGS, MONEY EXCHANGE AND LAUNDRY A MINUTE AWAY. KATA BEACH NIGHT MARKET IS JUST 5 MINUTES AWAY. KATA AND KARON BEACH ARE JUST A FEW MINUTES WALK.

It was nice, and Karon is quite a nice place. Definetly stay here if you’re in Phuket on a budget.
Pros: The pool was lovely and the staff were so overly accommodating. We weren’t so happy with something about our room and they let us choose from two others that had become available.

Pros: We were close enough to everything but just far away enough from the noise at night time. Balcony was great, and if the tree wasn't there, it would be a beautiful view of the sea over some roofs. The pool looked lovely. We didn't end up using it as we just walked to the beach, but others were often using it. Great value for money
Cons: Room smelt heavily of cleaning products/aftershave. But after putting on the fan and air-conditioning, it soon calmed down. There is a steep hill to get to it, but all our taxis drove us up it and when we did have to walk it, it was fine for us, but maybe not if you are elderly.

Very enjoyable.
Pros: The accommodation itself was exactly what I wanted, and it was ideally located, far enough from the main road to be quiet (though I went in off season, so can't say what it would be like in high season).)
Cons: There were only a few rooms close to the swimming pool. Some, like mine, required a substantial hike up a steep incline to reach the pool.
