Direct pool access 2br apartment @The Title Rawai

Pros: Flat is perfect for 4 persons. Direct access to the pool, spacious terrassa, kitchen is very well equiped. You will even find coffe mashine there (dont search capsules in 7/11. they are in a Big Tobs shop in the center of Rawai beach). Bitch, restaurants and massage salons are very close. 7/11 is round the corner. Famous fish market is more than walkable.Rawai is a very good chose for its variety of options. You can easily access Nai Harn and Ya Nui beaches (200 bath by taxi) from here as well took a private long tale boat and go to the nearest islands with perfect snorkling. We had a wonderful time there!

Cons: - We got one key from the beginning and have to request second one. We were lucky to get it, but if you are going in a company ask for 2 keys from the very beginning. Dont even think you can survive with just one key. Its and electonic card. so electricity will work if the key is inside the room. Even if you go with one partner and he needs to go out you would stay inside without electricity or your partner will never get back. The area is closed and receptionists do not let people in without a card. - it would be nice to include electricity charges to the price from the very beginning

Pros: Everything at the property was great! The condo was well maintained- clean and tidy! Had everything you need! Perfect location!

Cons: Unclear electricity charge information before arrival. It needs more clear information, before booking.

Pros: Really lovely apartments , the direct pool access was very nice to have! Good location with good shops and restaurants near by. Everything you could need in the apartment

Cons: Only having 1 key in a 2 bed apartment that the electric keycard was also attached too was a bit annoying, we asked for another one to be dropped off but we never received it, it just meant if someone needed to pop out we couldn’t have electricity on

Pros: второй раз отдыхаем здесь, очень нравится комплекс. классные апарты, удобные, современные. территория отдельный кайф, очень красивая, ухоженная, огромное кол-во зелени, офигенные бассейны.

Cons: официальный заезд в апарты в 15.00, мы приехали рано и написали хозяину, вдруг можно заселиться пораньше, мы добирались сутки с двумя очень маленькими детьми и сильно устали. нам ответили, что смогут заселить в 14.30. но по итогу, нас заселили не в 14.30 и дажа не в 15.00, а в 15.30. при этом, игнорируя сообщения весь этот час. это было очень не приятно, не могли заселить, можно было не предлагать.
