10 out of 10 stay, would highly recommend to anyone. A bike is a must and is extremely cheap.

Pros: Location was perfect, if you prefer a quiet holiday. Still quite a unspoilt area. Complex was super clean. Boats to the islands just opposite The Title. Esther the owner was very knowledgable about things to see and do. Always on hand if we had any problems. Eating out was definitely cheaper here than commercialised areas. Two excellent restaurants The WeCafe and The MaCaw very close. Cheap and superb food.

Cons: The pillows on the bed smelt sweaty - maybe some pillow protectors would be beneficial.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here!

Pros: The property was very nice and had everything we needed and more. The bed and furniture were quite comfortable. The balcony had a nice view of the pool. The grounds were well maintained and very clean. Esther was an amazing host, very helpful and quick to respond. I felt she went above and beyond what I expected. If you are looking for a quiet place close to the beach and everything else you need, I highly recommend this place!

Cons: I have nothing negative to say about the property or our stay in the Title Rawai Beach West Wing.

I thoroughly enjoyed this property and guests that visited with me were very impressed with how nice the place was.

Pros: The location was great, the property is beautiful, the AC works like a charm, it’s got all of your basic needs.

Cons: The only issue I ran across is the drain in the shower was slow. It really doesn’t cause much issue though considering there is a second drain right outside the shower. It’s just not always comfortable to be wading in ankle deep water in the shower.
