A stay with a view

Pros: All four rooms had their own ensuites, clean and large in size, the caretaker. Pail was exceptional - anything you needed within reasonable hrs was no problem, far enough out of the hustle and bustle with ocean views from a distance! The private pool was the stand out for us, we were there 3 nights and always clean and used frequently....also want to thank the owner Richard who answered all questions quickly and organised our transport to the airport at a reasonable cost....thanks for making our stay so memorable

Perfect stay in a well established villa that felt like hom

Pros: This is a well established and large property with beautiful views and lush gardens. It felt homely and each room is like a separate suite . everything was clean and in working order

Cons: It was in a hilly location so some difficulty getting taxis but always managed. Somethings are a little dated but this didn’t detract from the villa

Pros: Very clean, very nice pool, amazing view of the city from the pool and balcony.

Pros: It was big and relatively clean! Pool was nice too! Everything is provided and owner was nice enough to provide another 2 hair dryers upon request as we have many people.

Cons: Having to walk up and down the stairs as each bedroom, living room and entrance are all at different level. And like what others said, the location is surrounded by steep roads and uphill. However, no problem in calling grab.

Pros: The villa is beautiful, equipped with private swimming pool and 4 bedrooms offering great view to the city. The environment is calm.

Cons: The living room is a bit stuffy during the day.

Pros: Großartiger Blick über Patong mit einem schönen Pool in ruhiger Lage. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder

Cons: Ausstattung ist nicht topaktuell aber sauber und alles in Schuss. Nicht in jedem Zimmer gibt es ausreichend Schränke

Pros: Magnifique villa, magnifique vue sur Patong, tout l’indispensable sur place ! Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cette villa !

Top verblijf! Aanrader dus

Pros: Ruime locatie met mooie kamers voorzien van airconditioning. Heel fijn om zo’n zwembad erbij te hebben! In vorige reacties werd gezegd dat het op een heuvel ligt en daardoor minder goed bereikbaar is. Dat hebben wij niet ervaren. Zelfs de tuk tuks hebben ons thuis gebracht vanuit Patong. Bedden dagelijks opgemaakt en heel fijn dat Richard voor ons een transfer vanaf het vliegveld had geregeld. Dus ook top service.

Cons: Een airco in de woonkamer was helemaal top geweest. De ventilatoren maakten het al aangenamer.
