Excellent stay with friends. It offers you a private space with an excellent view

Pros: Excellent view. Nice clean property. Everything works which is a great plus. Suggest a rental bike as everything is available just down the slope incase you want something on urgent basis.

Cons: Staff is good but can improve.

Pros: Amazing host and amazing stay. Super location and very close to all the main areas. The view from the property is really good.

Cons: The only issue was some drivers with vans refuse to come down because of the steep slope.

Pros: Very easy & great Host, always available on call almost 24 / 7

Cons: Its down hill, some times the taxis didnt arrive on time, But if you book 10 mins ahead of your departure, taxis always arrived

Pros: Amazing staff , best view ever, near to patong about 7 minutes by car, can't walk to patong only by car or motorcycles. Daily cleaning .. Modern bathrooms

Cons: I can say things to improve the stay,, The ACs were working but not very cooling but wasn't a big deal. It's a big Villa and needs a big TV. Despite this , I'll indeed visit it again.
