Pros: The villa, location, the pool, the staff, especially the manager Tong and his support staff were all excellent. We had a gr8 time at the villa.

Cons: Couple of rooms were below the main level which were difficult to access from behind the pool in the rainy weather. A pool table would have added bit more fun as we did not see it, though it showed in the pictures

Great 4-night stay, very comfortable and large villa

Pros: Excellent host who was very communicative and even made last minute changes for our group which were much appreciated. The villa is very spacious and all rooms very large. It has great views and despite what other reviews state, the hill is not that difficult - most taxi's were happy to take us up and Grab delivery's all came up. To walk it took 3-4 minutes and was steep, but not too bad at all. The villa manager Mr Ton was great - he helped out group with good tips and looked after us. He and his team also kept the villa secure, clean and cooked us an amazing lunch and breakfasts! Thanks Ton! The only room for improvement would be to put an AC unit in the communal lounge area as this would get very hot, but then again this is Thai style villa. 10/10 all round in all other aspects, thanks!

Pros: This exceptional property features 8 master bedrooms, ideal for accommodating large groups. With easy access, an excellent location, and spectacular views, it is highly recommended for group stays.

Excellent villa and host!

Pros: Property and host were great. The villa is huge and fully equipped. Manager and owner were very attentive to our needs. The manager even organized for a meal to be prepared for us.

Cons: The pool area was a bit dark at night, but it didnt stop us from having a night swim. The road leading to the villa is very steep and most rideshare drivers dont want to drive up. This gave us a good work out hiking up the hill everytime we return.

Pros: It was very big and spacious and the host was very helpful throughout the whole stay. He checked on us and made sure we were safe.

Cons: The location was hard not being able just to go out to the street easily as it had the steep driveway. A lot of taxi and tuk Tuks didn’t want to drive up the top.

Pros: A bit run down but it comes with a fantastic view! Tuk (the villa manager) is very attentive and a funny fella!

Cons: A bit far off: most tuk-tuk's will not drive up the hill and some grabs (similar to uber eats) cancelled their deliveries.
