Pros: Close to Patong and Karon - a short drive, but nestled high up on the hill out of the hustle and noise. Lovely staff, who are more than happy to help with anything. Heaps of room and a great view.

Cons: There was nothing that I was dissatisfied with, would definitely stay there again.

Excellent value for money, highly recommend this location for a large group.

Pros: Excellent value for money. The location is high up on the hill and has a lovely view. The place had all the basics we needed to stay there comfortably. Highly recommend for a large group.

Cons: The shower water was a bit slow, and the temperature of the hot water was warm but not very hot. The hill is a bit of a climb to the top of the house, but if you are of a normal fitness level, it will take 3 minutes to the top. The hill climb does not outweigh the benefits of this place and there is a Tuk Tuk that will drive you to the top that the place arranges.

Great stay

Pros: The house was excellent value , there were 13 of us 10 adults and 3 children . We slept in accommodation by the pool and it was fine , the rooms in the house were great . Views fabulous , the hill up to the house is steep but taxis and tuk tuks drove up the hill just had the last one to walk up . We walked into patong from the house it is a nice walk and closer than you think . The pool is lovely . Staff come in every day to clean and make beds etc and are very accommodating and lovely . I cannot fault this place really when you break down the cost per person it is great value . A sandwich toaster would be nice .as we love the toasties from 7 eleven . If you find fault for the price you pay and the accommodation you have plus views , you must be very hard to please . Great house

Spectacular

Pros: It was awesome. The hill is a bit steep but its still possible to go up by bike, foot or car. Staff were excellent especially the food they prepared for us

Pros: Great hosts. Great service. 2 helpers were at the property at the time of arrival and for most of our stay there. They cooked us local thai food, which was great. And in general they were very helpful

Pros: كانت الفيلا واسعه غرفها واسعه اطلاله جميله والمسبح جميل ينقصه القليل من النظافه

Cons: اولا المكان صعب الوصل لم تكن السيارات تصل للموقع ونحن عايله كبيره اتعبنا الطلوع على اقدامنا عمال النظافه لم يتجاوبو معنا بقينا خمس ليالي اتو مرتين ولم ينظفون المكان صعب جدا سيارات البولت ترفض الصعود جميعها لا تستحق السكن فيها
