Katamanda - Villa Katamalee Private Pool near Kata Noi Beach

The best place I have ever been

Pros: The property really amazed me. Top-notch service, with breakfasts tailored to guests' needs, and attention at every turn. Good transport links from the villa to key locations, and close proximity to the pier for island excursions and diving. Katamanda is not usually indicated as a pickup point, but every trip operator is happy to arrange pickup upon request. You have to be aware about traffics, especially in the evening. But this is the Thailand, everywhere is the same situation. Phuket is not an exception.

Beautiful Accommodation

Pros: The accommodation was absolutely stunning, very clean with breath taking views. Big shout out to the lady who serviced the propert daily (sorry I can't remember her name) but she made our stay that much more comfortable by preparing a fresh breakfast each morning and keeping the rooms fresh and clean each day. Couldn't thank her enough.

Cons: The location of the villa didn't seem easy to find for taxis and excursion pick ups, even when pinning the location, drivers seemed to have trouble finding it. I wouldn't say it's central or walking distance to many things other than the beach. Having said that if you are looking for a quiet relaxing stay then this won't be a problem for you. We like exploring the local area so it did become a bit of an issue for us but the beautiful property made up for it.

Relaxing and close to everything you need

Pros: It was a beautiful and well-kept villa that was perfect for our group of 6 - The pool was great and had an amazing view looking over Kata Noi Beach - The lounge and outdoor area was very comfy with a great kitchen setup as well - Bedrooms were comfortable and private - The staff were absolutely lovely and we were able to communicate via whatsapp as well - Breakfast each day was delicious - The private chef recommendation was amazing and very recommended - A short walk or drive away from lots of shops and activities

Cons: It was 10/10 and we loved everything

Absolutely Wonderful!

Pros: This villa was AMAZING! I highly recommend staying there. The hosts were so accommodating and catered to all of our needs. This place is extraordinary!!!!!

Pros: I loved everything about the place and the people.. the pictures look exactly, if not even better then it was.. I would definitely recommend it to everyone and we will definitely be coming back here again.. it's also very secure and the guards at the gate are very friendly too..

Cons: I didn't like leaving the place.. I wish we could've stayed longer

Pros: This villa is perfect for large families or like us an extended group. Plenty of room, facilities are exceptional & views over Kata Noi beach awesome.

Cons: Little not to like except perhaps the steep hill to walk up to from beach.

Территория ухоженная, вокруг тишина и покой (даже находящаяся рядом стройка совсем не беспокоила), идеальное место для отдыха вдали от городской суеты. Сервис превосходный: внимательные сотрудники всегда готовы прийти на помощь. Отдельно хочется отметить вкуснейшие завтраки. Здесь чувствуешь себя словно в раю, где каждый миг наполнен гармонией и удовольствием. Рекомендуем всем, кто мечтает провести незабываемый отпуск или расслабиться в спокойной атмосфере.

A fabulous getaway

Pros: The location and the view was excellent, the staff were very helpful and courteous. The villa was beautiful and just as described in the pictures.

Cons: The rooms had a damp smell

Pros: Прекрасная дизайнерская вилла. Много места, чистый бассейн. На кухне есть вся необходимая посуда и оборудование, уборка каждый день. Кондиционер и вентиляторы есть и на кухне и в зоне отдыха. Прекрасный вид на бухту, закаты на Пхукете фантастические. Вилла 2 этажа, спальни находятся на 1м, вход в зону отдыха с улицы. Много лежаков с удобными матрасами и полотенцами. Много ресторанов находится выше виллы в 3х минутах езды. На вилле много цветов, приятный бонус. Фото соответствует действительности.

Cons: Это просто ньанс, вилла находится на холме, крутой спуск и подьем к морю по ступенькам. Не смогли доставку Граб заказать, приложение не определяет местоположение.

Traumvilla in super Lage mit tollem Team

Pros: Die Villa ist ein Traum, sehr hell, sehr großzügig und mit fantastischem Pool. Alles wurde täglich gereinigt und gepflegt und uns jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Die Lage ist etwas oberhalb von Kata Noi Beach in einer gesicherten und sehr gepflegten Villensiedlung. Kurzer Fußweg zum Strand.
