Katamanda villa Moon 3 Bed seaview near Kata Beach

Pros: Privacy is excellent. Area is gated and has guards. 6 liters water were in the fridge as welcome which is needed. Communal pool and tennis very nice

Cons: The 3rd room is far away. Not bad, but needs to be accepted if you book. Further they could have a bit more as a starter kit e.g. salt pepper oil to get you going. Kitchen rquipment is basic, more of a vacation home, not 100 percent thought thru, but okay. We did not like that the pool cleaner came in without warning, this could be improved

Great place for a group of family/friends

Pros: Villa was well maintained, and it was clean and nice. It is on top of a hill, and it was safe and quiet. The pool was decent size, and we had a good view, too. Rooms were relatively big and comfortable, too. Air conditioning was perfect for the hot weather.

Cons: The location was a bit far off, so do expect to walk or take a car around (we did, however, enjoy how quiet the place is at night). We booked 3 nights of stay, but housekeeping will only happen once throughout the stay.

Pros: Personnel attentionné et disponible. La villa en général. Lave-linge et sèche-linge. Grand salon avec télé connectée. Localisation un peu excentrée mais sécurisée et calme, pour se déplacer nous utilisions Grab ou Bolt. La vue depuis le jardin avec piscine. Les ventilateurs.

Cons: Les lits doubles de 140cm, et non 180 comme annoncé. Une des chambres a une climatisation bruyante que le personnel a essayé de réparer sans succès. Finalement nous nous sommes débrouillés avec le ventilateur silencieux.
