Pros: Very nice rooms with very nice shower, bed was comfortable and it had an AC Unit. Very good location, restaurant down stairs and a few just down the roadroad great pricing for patong as it is smack bang in the middle of the area you would want to be. 10 minutesc walk from drinking/clubbing area, 5 mins from beach. If I come back to patong I will be booking here again.

Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't like :)

Pros: First night was just hell someone above me kept smoking and it came into my room, next morning the lovely receptionist (short haired girl) gave me a different room! She was an angel definitely recommend it:)!

Cons: Lot of people smoking in the rooms :(

Pros: We had a free upgrade and when we booked a few extra nights we could stay in the same room! friendly staff and cleaners where really nice and neat. When we didn’t want cleaning, they would leave bottles of water and new toilet paper at the door!

Cons: The sheets were a little old, had some small holes and the towels were a little smelly.
