Beautiful villa

Pros: We had a beautiful stay at the villa. It's in a quiet area. The rooms were spacious and clean and we enjoyed the pool. Tte beds were comfortable. There were some restaurants nearby , most of them are a 15-30minute walk (with the heat that can be a lot). There is heavy traffic in phuket so book grab in advance to got to places. Kamala beach is no more than 10 minute drive away. All info about the villa is given during check in via whatsapp, ongoing communication too.

Cons: -electricity is charged separately, price per unit costs(7 baht/unit) more than the average in thailand (4 baht/unit). I paid 1400 baht for 4 nights -2000 baht security deposit - bathroom-specifically the shower and lack of space.It doesn't have a screen glass due to lack of space, it should have been the shower or bath tub not both. There is no space to place shower products, water spills outside shower area. Not good - transportation is pricey, expect to spend 300+ baht just for a 6 minute ride to the beach. If you can, best to rent a bike for transportation. From the airport you'll spend 700-800baht.

Great villa- not so perfect location

Pros: Great modern style of the house and the furniture! Perfect fresh renovation Very clean Very green yard and nice clean pool Very helpful property manager. Place truly feels like home Great sound protection! Even though there are about 10 monte villas located very close, you barely ever hear the neighbours!

Cons: Location is not that great. During the day, you won’t be able to make it anywhere without taxi or a ride because of the heat. We made it to 7-11 during the first day and already almost died (8 mins walk) To the beach we made it in the evening for dinner (25 min walk) The big road with a couple of other supermarkets is spooky and unpleasant to walk on at all Due to house-direction, there is no sun at the pool after 1 pm

A quiet and very comfortable stay for our family.

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay in villa 5! The villa was impeccably clean, much bigger than the photos depict and so peaceful. We had everything we needed for a very happy stay. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful - a big thank you to Alam who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and to the other staff for making our stay perfect. Our kids loved the lizards, giant snails in the garden, and visits from Ba Ba the dog and the cats that live there too!

Cons: Nothing at all to note - some may prefer to be closer to the action, but the quiet was what e were after.

Wonderful stay for our family in kamala

Pros: The location was brilliant as only a 5 min drive into kamala. Villa was beautiful, amenities were great and had everything you needed. Staff were fantastic and villa was always clean.

Cons: nothing about the property that we didn’t like.

Pros: хороший бассейн отличный холодильник кондиционеры тихие, удобнее современные навес над терассой

Cons: далековато (если пешком) от магазинов, ресторанови аптек. (а тем более моря )) оснащение кухни (оборудование и всего 2 комфорки) ограничивают готовку

Incroyable séjour

Pros: Absolument tout ! Villa au calme mais proche de vraiment tout. Magnifiquement belle avec une superbe piscine ! Alam, le concierge, a été formidable, nous a aidé dans la location de scooters ramenésdirectement à la villa. Il nous a bien conseillé, est bienveillant et à l’écoute. Allez y les yeux fermés !

Cons: Si il fallait vraiment trouvé un point négatif ça sera le restaurant de la résidence qui est fermé à partir de juin. Mais vous trouverez pleins de petits restaurants aux alentours.

Tolle Villa

Pros: Sehr schicke ruhige Anlage in Kamala. Man muss ca 20 min zum Zentrum laufen aber wir haben das Quartier hauptsächlich gewählt um von dort aus die Insel mit dem Roller zu erkunden. Daher war es für unseren Aufenthalt perfekt. Alam, der Mann für Alles, kümmert sich um alle persönlichen Belange. Er kümmert sich z.B. um die Anmietung der Roller oder falls auch mal irgendwas fehlt. Man musste ihn nur einmal ansprechen und er erledigte es sofort. Wirklich top. Ansonsten ist wirklich alles in einem außergewöhnlich guten Zustand gewesen.

Cons: Einzige Kritikpunkte wären, dass man keine Frühstücksoption buchen konnte und das man den Strom extra bezahlen muss. Frühstück konnte man aber im angrenzenden Restaurant bestellen was uns dann in die Villa gebracht wurde. Aber das sind nur geringwertige Makel die wir vorher wussten.
