Family reunion from Australia, Scotland, USA and Germany

Pros: 10 days for 6 of us in this lovely villa. Plenty of space for all of us, big rooms and lots of seating. Kitchen is well equipped. Pool is lovely We also wanted to adopt the small brown cat, she is soooo cute. We fed her every day, she is very loyal and sweet natured. Please look after her ! The owner and staff are amazing, so friendly and, welcoming and attentive. Left us water and drinks. There are lots of towels in the villa. The washing machine is a big bonus as we are on holiday for 4 weeks. Thank you for a beautiful time.

Cons: Only 2 sunbeds. Showers would benefit from a surrounding , every time we had a shower, the bathroom flooded.

Pros: The pool and the outside space and the private gate that we could drive our rental car inside the property.

Cons: Having to pay to use the electric. It was very hot during our stay but we were frightened to use the aircon because of the cost of using the electric and having to pay extra for it. We were there for 4 full days and it cost me almost £20 uk pounds and that was not using aircon and trying to turn everything off that we didn’t need on. I feel the price we paid should have included the electric cost.

Pros: The size of the house and pool was great. Also, the staff, especially Min, were very accommodating. They responded immediately to all our questions and resolved all our little issues immediately. The kitchen was very well equipped, and it also had a rice cooker and an espresso machine.

Cons: The house is a bit far from the main road. It's not a problem if you have your own transport. Also, the bathroom shower area should have at least a shower curtain.

Beautiful place.

Pros: The rooms were lovely and clean. Cleaners came to check on bedding and pool every couple of days. The host was lovely. The building has nice spacious communal areas. And beautiful ensuit rooms that all have outdoor access and 2 of which have. Private terraces. Really can’t complain 💕💕

What an amazing place!

Pros: - Amazing value for little money (we payed ~130€/night) - Very nice and roomy villa with a very big pool. - Very clean - Nice view from the bed rooms - Nice staff - The piano (our 3 year old loved it) and the furniture - Free Drinks (12 beer, wine, coke, sparkling water, still water) This is a real home where we did feel really compfy and can deeply recommend it to anyone.

Cons: Nothing to dislike! - Maybe the electricity costs (2 nights, set us back 1100 Bath). - (FYI: there is an islamic church around. In the evening and the morning there will be praying through speakers. Didnt bother us, might be important to bring ear plugs in case you have a light sleep)

Has everything you would need for a lovely stay!

Pros: Great villa in a perfect location for us. Quick to respond, kept very clean, lovely pool, great facilities. For information though, if you have a car, parking is awkward as you cannot turn on the drive. Would certainly go back!

Cons: Area to park a car, although no problem for motorcycles.

Pros: Loved the villa, pool was great and the facilities were comfortable. Beds were really nice. Communication was perfect, fruit bowl and drinks were a nice touch. Would definitely stay again!

Cons: AC in one of the upstairs rooms wasn't working properly although I didn't complain - I'm sure it would have been fixed. The unexpected electric bill of 2880 thb after 3 nights and 4 days.

Great property in Kamala

Pros: The villa is very big and spacious, rooms are very big and luminous. The pool and patio area are stunning :) Kitchen has everything you might need for fixing yourself a meal and the staff are amazing, always available per whatsapp should you need them for anything.

Cons: The location is a bit inconvenient, you mostly need a car for every move. But if you rent a car or scooter, then it’s fine.

Excellent Villa which is spacious and well maintained with the best Host ever!

Pros: The Villa is exceptional. Rooms are very spacious with a fabulous living / dining / chill room as it is quite big and has a great open kitchen, a 75” Tv and almost all sides glass doors. The villa has a bright feel during the day and is very airy too. The living room is connected to a huge pool with an out door patio and chill area. It has a swing too! The toilets are clean and has basic amenities too. The Owner Tim is a rockstar. He helped us for everything and visited regularly to check for our needs. Infact he also gave us complimentary beers / soft drinks / wine and fruits too. One of the best Villas in Phuket!

Cons: Nothing in particular apart from the electricity bill.

Pros: 우선 넓고 기본적인 모든 것들이 갖추어져 있는 시설이 너무 좋았습니다. 수영장도 넓고, 방도 많고, 식세기, 식기 등등 모든것이 편안 했습니다. 가격대비 넓은 방도 좋았습니다. 푸켓 판타지와 매직퍼레이드는 매우 가까운 위치에 있어서 좋았습니다.

Cons: 다만, 이용중간에 화장실에 물이 넘쳐서 화장실 하나를 사용하지 못했다는 점과, 빠른 수리가 이루어지지 않아서 번거로웠습니다. 또한 위치가 배달 기사나, 택시들이 찾기애 좀 어려운 곳에 있고 외진곳에 있어서 이동에 좀 어려움이 있었습니다. 마지막으로, 숙박기간동안 사용한 전기세를 추가로 받았는데, 예약할 당시에 부킹닷컴이던, 숙소측에서든 미리 고지 없이 숙박 이틀전에 고지를 해줘서 그부분이 좀 당황스러웠습니다. , 참고로 15일 숙박했고 전기세는 약 5500바트( 한화 약 23만원 ) 나왔습니다.
