Pros: Staff were so friendly and helpful, great location! Nice rooms ,nice price and very clean 🙏🏻

Pros: The staff was really friendly and I breakfast every day saved of money food outside the pool on the roof was really nice and great for taking pictures.

Cons: We were unlucky with weather towards the end on the week but the hotel provided us with an umbrella that was really good.

Pros: Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff and a nice sunny pool area.

Cons: The beds were worn down and need to be updated.

Cons: The bed was uncomfortable and even though it's a great location it meant it was very noisy. The pool was smaller than except but overall a great place to stay

Pros: Wonderful quiet hotel for budget traveller. Fairly quiet room. Beds were comfortable and air-conditioning worked well. Room cleaned every day if you wanted it to be. Two bottles of water left daily. Fridge and safe in each room. Plenty of hot water to the shower. Swimming pool on the top floor with sea views on the upper level. The staff were all excellent and friendly. Most spoke very good English. 3 minute walk to the beach and very close to everything Patong has to offer. Tourist information and trip booking facility at the hotel with several money exchanges and ATM machines nearby. Would definitely recommend this hotel for families travelling on a budget. I would book this hotel again.

Pros: The reception is extremely helpful, we arrived at the hotel around 9.30am and guess what, they are good enough to allow us to check in. Our room was already ready for us. Facilities were great, room was clean and well kept and the room service is fantastic

Anyway, the location is good.

Pros: + The curtain in the shower is so cool. It is the first time in my life in Phuket, when the floor in the toilet was dry, and I have comfortably cleaned my teeth without staying in an eternal puddle from the shower 🚿. Also, an interesting experience is sitting on a toilet directly over the very crowded crossroad.

Cons: - sound. Probably, even plastic windows and other methods of soundproofing there would not be helpful anyhow. Because, the room is directly over the crowded crossroad and this is the main artery of Patong. Screech of ambulance for 5 minutes, just because there are eternal traffic jams. - thereafter, a motorcyclist which decides that silencers are used only by girls, flying between the lines. - thereafter tuk-tuk with people from the middle east dancing in the middle of traffic jam with their specific music. - multi tons truck simulate little earthquake. - and again ambulance, just because Grand Patong Hospital is in a 3 minutes from you. So, without earplugs - you will die from sleep deprivation approximately after 7 days.
