Best Holidays - Oxygen pool

Incredible house and pool

Pros: Everything about this house is great - all the rooms are very well kept, great pool, a kitchen that has everything you need to cook. The location also felt local and was great for us to get around (it’s not close to the beach if that’s what you want). We enjoyed the pool table and gym too! The host is super helpful and responsive. Everything was very clean and the garden is really lovely.

Cons: As many have already commented - you pay for your energy consumption separately at the end. We didn’t use the whole property and were very careful with lights. We only had aircon on in 2 bedrooms, and after 4 days the bill was still the equivalent of €60. The host is very correct about this and shares screenshots of the kwt from her app, and charges 8 baht / kwt. It’s all very transparent. Charging for your consumption is a good idea because it means people think about energy and dont waste it… but I don’t know what energy prices are in Thailand. I paid the equivalent in 4 days at this house as I do a month in Europe. So somehow, I think this should be reflected in the rental price a bit better.

Lovely property very comfortable and good location.

Pros: We arrived at property and we were greeted by owner Tim, he was really helpful and gave us lots of information about the area. Property was very clean and comfortable, everything we could need was provided. During stay communication from host Min and Tim was great. Property in a good location but really peaceful and a lovely place to come back to after exploring. Tim and Min arranged a taxi from airport and provided transport to our next stop. During our stay in Thailand this was by far the best property we stayed at.

Cons: Nothing- shower in main bedroom had no hot water this was reported and fixed immediately so not a problem!

Pros: The house was large and spacious, it looked wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we would like to extend our gratitude to the owners once more.

Pros: The property was beautiful, very clean and well kept. The bedrooms were big, with comfortable beds and a bathroom in each. Walking distance to the beach with good restaurants along the way. Any question was answered quickly by the hosts. Check in and out was made so easy by the lovely hosts.

Cons: Nothing!

Brilliant property in an excellent location with a great service.

Pros: The property exceeded our expectations considering that it was our first time in Thailand. As a family with children we had an excellent stay and from the first time we set our feet into the property until check out, our host Tim went above and beyond the service expectation to ensure we had a pleasant stay with Lot's of recommendations on where to eat and go and, was prompt in responding to any queries. The location is perfect for families, safe and Kamala beach is roughly 15 mins walk or 4 mins by car and there are many restaurants around the area. The property amenities were excellent. It has all the basics you need for your stay and the pool was quite clean in addition to a gym, sauna and billiard room. So lot's to do if you chose not to venture out. Just be aware that one room is on the ground floor and the other two on the top. Highly recommended for families or groups.

Cons: I'm struggling to find something I didn't like. Only watch out for the stairs to the top floor as they can be slippery if you have wet feet coming from the pool.

Lovely villa & pool

Pros: Lovely villa & pool & the owners couldn't do enough to help us have a nice stay Even arranging our airport transfers and picking bits up for us. The sauna was out of action but that didn't really bother us. Also really appreciated being able to stay until our later departure on the last day Thank you!

Cons: Just a little further out from restaurants & shops than l expected. A good 20 minute walk away, but we found the taxis were easy (ln Driver very good, efficient & cheaper than others)

tolle Familienvilla in sehr guter Lage

Pros: 5 min vom Strand von Kamala, Tolles Muay Thai Studio in Fussnähe, Supermarkt um die Ecke, tolle Villa mit allem was man für einen Familienurlaub benötigt!

Pros: Отличная вилла! Есть всё необходимое. 3 больших спальни, в каждой комнате своя душевая, полотенца, шампуни, гели для душа. На 1ом этаже кухня гостиная. Большой бассейн, бильярд, тренажёрная, сауна, барбекю. При заезде были прветственные фрукты, полный холодильник воды,колы,пива и ещё чего-то, не помню) Заселили быстро, любой вопрос решался сразу же, за это огромное спасибо Тиму 🫶
