Pros: Super hospitality! The transfer to Kamala area was very comfortable, the host always replied very quickly and the whole villa was new and clean.

Perfect, will be booking again for 2026!

Pros: Great facilities and and always clean, place is nice for views and relaxation. Got to sit back and relax with a tv in each place to view games and movies. Plenty of places to relax and a pool table to enjoy.

Cons: Location, just a bit difficult to travel by foot

Paradise in thee most beautiful villa!

Pros: The villa was spotless and moder.Light and bright and very airy. Very comfy bed. The staff so friendly with a little i pad for any requests we had. The transport to and from Kamal was great and the views from the apartment were amazing. We honestly had the best stay there and couldn't have asked for a better villa

Cons: It in no way spoiled the holiday, but just be aware the villa is set on an extremely steep hill and some taxis/tuk tuk either struggle or cant get all the way up the hill to the villa. I would still return again in a heart beat.....

The best luxury villa for the entire family

Pros: Excellent view, big pool, rooms are all big and has its own bathroom. Pool table makes it enjoyable for the whole family to chillax in the villa. Free shuttle service makes it very accessible to supermarkets and restaurants.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was great!

Pros: Everything. The location was excellent in the hills behind Kamala, cooler than the beach and a nice breeze, shuttle to beach or supermarket excellent (9am to 9pm), villa (Terraces 2.2) was fabulous, modern, comfortable and clean with a fantastic pool, great indoor and outdoor seating areas and everything in the shade until midday when the sun came over, and lastly the staff, an excellent service from reception to cleaners, gardeners, shuttle driver, security and the pool guy. Reception always on hand via whatsapp 24/7 to book taxis, trips and the shuttle, just fantastic.

Cons: Nothing at all, it was excellent.

Pros: Absolutely amazing location, views, picturesque property. Most of all the service was outstanding, very accomodating staff.

Cons: The only thing that stands out is the driveway up to the property, but honestly you just need to tell drivers that it is extremely steep and they figure it out from there.

Pros: Light, clean, spacious, modern, and amazing staff! Housekeeping were fabulous and the whole team couldn’t have been more helpful! The only thing missing for us was a hot tub.

Best villa in kamala

Pros: The villa was very spacious. The view from the villa is picture perfect, can't get board from the very scenic view of the ocean, mountains and the sky. If you do get board then they have a great shuttle as well to get around kamala.

Cons: Wildlife. Be well aware that it is locationed on a small hill and tress all around the place. Be ready to experience some bugs and insects around the villa and if you leave the door open. Then you are inviting them inside.

Spacious villa for families and great location

Pros: The villa is even more charming in person, with ample space that's just perfect for a family of seven. Everything you require for cooking is readily available, save for the ingredients, of course. Additionally, there's a dishwasher provided, though you may need to buy your own tablets. The staff communication was prompt and efficient, with a warm welcome awaiting us upon our arrival at the villa. For added convenience, meals and massages can be arranged at the villa for an extra charge. However, the surrounding area has plenty of cafes and restaurants, with the Memory Cafe particularly just 5 mins down the road.

Pros: Condition of villa is very good and comfortable for 6 people! A lot of space, good kitchen, private swimming pool, quite. Good garage for big car and bike.

Cons: Location difficult to reach if you don't have a car or bike. But they have very good free shuttle to beach and supermarket.
