Pros: The apartment is brand new, spotlessly clean, and equipped with every comfort, just like the entire property. Its strategic and central location makes it easy to reach all the most famous areas of Phuket. The host is extremely helpful and kind, always responding promptly to any request. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!

Great host, premium condo, best location

Pros: The place was clean, modern, had all appliances, amazing amenities like pool and gym. A nice premium condo right opposite to 7/11 and walking distance to central Phuket. The host was nice, supportive and very responsive and provided great recommendations. I would book this place again

Similar to a 5 star hotel experience

Pros: Beautiful apartment in a very high end complex the apartment is bright and modern and had everything we needed! The host especially is unlike any host I’ve ever seen he’s very friendly, kind and supportive and already feels like a friend! The highlight for us was the swimming pool area it was stunning and was never busy and always had enough space for us to relax, we especially loved swimming in the evening after returning from a busy day exploring! We will definitely be back thank you for everything

Pros: - The place locates near Central Phuket shopping mall. - There are many roads this place is connecting to. It is easy to and fast to ride to several landmarks. - Very private and secured - Host is very responsive and helpful. He treated me as if I was his friend. - Even with rainy day, you can still enjoy pool and sauna. - The view is magnificent. - Amenities and Facilities is sufficient for you to me like a home.

Worth the price more than expected!!!

Pros: The host is the owner so it's easier to communicate and get supported. The host made me feel like I am his friend visiting his home. Issue can happen, but he managed to resolve it very fast. We used WhatsApp to communicate and he's very responsive. The room layout just perfect. It's very new. It locates almost at the end of corridor, so not so many people walk pass the room. No car noise from outside, so I had deep sleep. The place very secured, locates in great location. Can go to landmarks easily. The pool, sauna, gym, and other commom space are perfect. Not so crowded. I would recommend for people who can afford the 3-star hotel price but want to feel private. will definitely comeback!!!

Live like at home!

Pros: The apartment is relatively new and located in a great area! The apartment is super clean and well equipped (washing machine, dishes, glasses, pots and lots of towels etc.) so we had 2 great weeks!! The complex is well maintained, clean and the pool is also constantly cleaned!! During the entire stay we were excellently looked after (in the background) by the owner of the apartment!! There is a 7Eleven opposite the complex where you can buy everyday items! Very practical!! You need a scooter or car to do anything! We would come again!!!

A perfect stay - safe, spotless, and made exceptional by a truly caring host.

Pros: As a female solo traveler, security, cleanliness, and comfort were very important to me, and this place provided everything I was looking for. Everything you need is within walking distance, and Bright is an exceptional host. He contacted me before my arrival and personally met me when I arrived. Not only did he give me a quick tour of the property, but he also showed me nearby places like coffee shops, grocery stores, and the mall, and even treated me to coffee (who does that!). He shared great tips on where to buy essentials and regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay. The swimming pool area is beautiful and relaxing - the icing on the cake! I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Highly recommend

Pros: This is a really lovely, modern apartment complex in a good location with a great gym and pool. Central mall is a few minutes walk away and decent local coffee shops and 711 real close, too. The owner was extremely hospitable and provided superb, quick and diligent service, making sure I checked in correctly. He also kept checking in to make sure I was ok the next day after a long trip.

Cons: I'm a pussy cat who likes softer beds but still plenty comfy.
