Great option if you want to be near a nice beach and very close to airport

Pros: Location across the street from beach and under 10 minutes from airport. Beautiful pool. Helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast!

Cons: The beach isn't great if you want beach chairs though the hotel provides options to make your visit to beach more comfortable. Bathroom is too open. Garden view is a bit misleading - the room opens to a small porch area but its right on a walking path - not open to a large beautiful garden as I expected.

Welcoming, clean, confortable and excellent location (quiet yet close to airport)

Pros: Very welcoming (welcome drink on arrival) and good breakfast selection with gluten free bread. Great location and quieter area of Phuket. Good pool area and comfy sunbeds. Lovely beach across the road where we did a yoga class on there. Very close to the airport (but not disturbed by plane noise) so super convenient. Lovely clean room and toiletries provided. Team at the hotel were lovely!

Cons: More halal food options As we could only order halal burger or pizza. Which was delicious

Great place to stay when visiting Nai Yang beach

Pros: Great location. Absolutely wonderful staff. Nice surroundings within the hotel. Very good breakfast and also the food in the restaurant was great.

Cons: We had 2 rooms and in the second room the a/c was not functioning as it should. The room was very, very humid. Because we only had a 1night stay, I did not have time to ask the hotel to change me to another room. I think it was an isolated issue in this room as the a/c worked well in the other room.

Pros: A wonderful place to relax. A long sandy beach and a nearby nature park make it perfect for walks, swimming, and snorkeling. The hotel is very comfortable: a spacious suite, excellent service, and everything well organized — transfers, excursions, and overall care. Great food and massages. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back.

Hmmm - Not anymore

Pros: We have been here 4 times over 10 years. The area has changed, prices increased. It is not what it was. Sad

Cons: The area is becoming commercialised. It was once a hideaway with a local feel. Not anymore. Its sad to see. There are 3 to 4 massive developments happening which will ruin this place. I don't think we will come back.
