Pros: Good air con, friendly team, comfy bed, out of the busy loud street

Cons: Not the most spacious

Loved this place. It was brilliant and the host was great. I would stay again.

Pros: The property was clean, modern, the breakfast was fantastic and the host was great.

Cons: The bed was very hard, there was a lot of windows and no dressing gowns.

Pros: Hit the jackpot with Cocco House a family run business. A cute property with individual bungalow cottages. Spacious, comfortable, very well kept. Nestled in a garden of fruit trees and chirping birds. Tranquil. Excellent breakfast. Rented scooter here. Off the main street but an easy walk. 5min from Landmark night market/nopparat thara/ ao nang beach on a bike Suggestion: consider providing handsoap.

Amazing value for money, friendly and kind staff

Pros: The staff was lovely, they stayed late for me to check in, the scooter rental process was also smooth and easy. The breakfast that was served every morning was above and beyond my expectations! I wish I could’ve stayed longer

Cons: I just wish there was a bigger mirror to get dressed in the room, instead of just a small one in the bathroom.

Pros: Wonderful stay at Cocco House! The staff were very kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere felt genuine and warm. The location is slightly away from the main street, which made it peaceful and quiet. It was a beautiful place to wake up surrounded by greenery and natural sounds. Breakfasts were fresh and tasty. A great place for a relaxing and authentic stay!

Cons: Sometimes it was difficult to get a Grab or Bolt (basic). One early morning we experienced low water pressure in the bathroom. We also missed having hand soap in the bathroom, but this is a very small detail compared to the overall great experience at Cocco.

A hidden gem

Pros: Absolutely. Incredible accommodation, comfortable bed, attentive and caring host, generous breakfast delivered to outside seating area, beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Easy access to the centre by a £2-3 grab. Unbelievable value for money. This place is a gem.

Pros: We lived in Cocco House for 10 days. Our house was very comfortable, cleaning was done every day. We liked the tropical view from our bed and porch, singing of tropical birds. The breakfast was not bad, several options, a lot of fruits. Location is good, quiet, close to shops. 15 mins to beach walk, by bike is very comfortable. I would like to separately mention the owner of the apartment. The communication with him was really pleasant. He responds quickly, gave us a lot of information and recommendations about nearby attractions, and event taught me to ride a bike that he rented to me.

Cons: There weren't breakfast options with enougth protein.

Pros: It’s a lovely spot, with such a beautiful and green area. Plus, the host is very friendly.

Cons: The mattress on the bed is quite firm, which might not be ideal if you have back issues.

Pros: It was a very nice stay at Coccos House, we always felt comfortable and found the atmosphere very pleasant. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Pros: Great location if you have a bike. Private bungalow, quiet, comfy, well-maintained. Cheap bike rental available at the location, 200thb per day.

Cons: Lots of bugs but thats expected with the experience of staying in rural area. Weak water pressure in the shower.
