Extremely pleasant stay with lovely personnel and great service

Pros: Very friendly personnel, always ready to help. Facilities : rooftop swimming pool with bar is appreciated. Someone most of the day at the reception to advise for all activities in Ao Nang and neighborhood with right information. Motorbike rental at hotel. Breakfast and restaurant available with high quality and good service. Room service most of the day.

Cons: I would prefer fresh fruit juice... at the bar.

Pros: Great roof top pool and roof top views. I liked having a gym.

Amazing hotel overall, really enjoyed our stay. The private pool was incredible and definitely made our stay.

Pros: Private pool with a view, rooftop pool, food and drink, short walk into town, 7 Eleven next door, spacious and clean rooms.

Cons: Bed was slightly hard for our liking, elevator wasn’t the best. Could’ve done with 2 elevators for 8 floors

Lovely weekend stay

Pros: We had a great sized room with private pool and comfortable bed. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was nice. Shuttle service was good too.

Cons: I’d prefer more hanging space in the bathroom - only room for one bath towel and one hand towel.

Fabulous location everything you need to chill out and soak up the rays!

Pros: Great location 20 mins walk to the centre, Spa and laundry nearby Great facilities and great pool on roof top. Good gym too

Cons: Would need tuk tuk getting home at night, okay to walk during the day and beds were extremely uncomfortable

Pros: Wonderful views from the rooftop pool and from the pool in the room. Nice location with a quick walk to the beach. Tasty breakfast with a set of varieties. Helpful service, e.g. we had a problem in our bathroom and they fixed it immediately.

Ideal for a few days in Ai Nang

Comfortable and enjoyable short stay

Pros: Modern, clean spacious room. Cleaned daily and fresh towels if you wanted them. Big balcony with sun on all afternoon. Themed communal area was pleasant. Staff were friendly enough but not effusive. Roof top pool area was lovely with nice infinity pool and plenty of loungers. Breakfast was brilliant. Plenty to choose from, fruits, yogurt, cereals, breads, croissants, salads and lots of hot choices daily. Coffee machine with choice of coffees and chocolates. There was an egg counter too with a lady making omelet or scrambled or fried eggs. We booked our 4 island trip with the hotel agent, I bargained with her and got a discount which turned out to be a similar price to agents on the front, however we had pick up and drop off included. The trip was well worth doing but go early as it gets very busy. Pick up by 8am no later. There’s a brilliant market which starts at 5pm with amazing food and atmosphere. Right out of hotel and first left 10-15 mins walk.

Cons: There is a lot of road noise and call to prayer by the mosque at the end of the road which is fine but bring ear plugs!! The A/C light is very very bright, you need it on so bring an eye mask! Not really a negative for us as we prefer being away from the strip so to speak but it’s 10/15 walk to the beach, don’t go the main road is hectic, right then first left out of hotel is best. Don’t be tempted by the Emerald pool trip, it’s miles away and very commercialised, and double the national park charge. 400thb each not usual 200. We renamed Krabi Town ‘Shabby Krabi’ , take what you will from that!

Good stay

Pros: This hotel was lovely, we have a room with a pool, room service was very fast, as unfortunately my partner took unwell during our stay here so we didnt really see alot of the hotel etc. but the rooms were clean, shower was good and staff lovely.

Cons: didnt encounter anything bad but also didnt leave the room
