Decent budget room.

Pros: Decent value budget hotel. Simple, no frills. Good location, clean, quiet. No staff on site but we were told this during booking and the door key code system was easy to use and get in. Had a problem with the air-con in the room which was quickly sorted out after a quick phone call to the number provided a staff member came within 20 mins and moved us to another room. Great service.

Cons: Internet in the first room (near the top of the building) was terrible. But was good in the room we moved to. So be prepared it seems the internet is a bit hit and miss.

Pros: The structure is in a position near to all the service. The room was clean and we spend some great days in this hotel. I've taken the room with the little terrace and it was great. When the windows are closed you don't hear noise from the outside. We will come back in Patong, we know where to go.
