Pros: Nice hotel with a good comfortable pool area, and nice garden. Room with a very good size. Nice direct access to the pool from our room with a good furniturished terrace. Good breakfast with fresh pressed fruit juices. Reasonable walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Cons: The room needs a renovation, specially the bathroom. Room service a bit unconsistent, with toiletaries and coffee/tea.

Good value for money

Pros: The hotel was very nice! The rooms are big and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant attached is very nice and we had a lovely meal in there on our first night. The staff in the restaurant were very nice and helpful. The pool was lovely!

Cons: The bathrooms could do with an upgrade. The shower kept over flowing which was difficult to manage. I had also arranged an airport transfer once we had arrived in Krabi and after waiting 30 mins I got through to someone in the hotel who claimed we had to wait another 20 mins for the transfer to arrive which wasn’t great.

Pros: This hotel is amazing. The location is perfect, the pool is great and clean. The staff is lovely and very helpful. I really enjoyed this stay

Cons: The bathroom wasn’t the best, but considering everything else it was an amazing value for the money!

A beautifully serene and luxurious escape

Pros: The villa was beautifully spacious, with open, airy rooms that allowed natural light to pour in. The serene atmosphere made me feel completely at ease throughout my stay, and every moment there was a soothing escape from the bustle of everyday life. It was truly a rejuvenating and deeply relaxing experience.

Cons: The night shift staff, unfortunately, were unable to communicate in English, which made it challenging for me to arrange my transportation to the airport. What should have been a simple booking turned into a stressful and time-consuming process, leaving me feeling uneasy about my departure plans.
