Fantastic Resort

Pros: A calm, peaceful oasis. The staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The chalet was very spacious, cleaned and made up every day. Restaurant was very well priced, with good meals morning and night. The free tuk tuk to Ao Nang is very welcome and only a few pounds to get back by commercial taxi or tuk tuk. Came away very refreshed.

Cons: The shower could be a bit temperamental, deciding between running hot or cold at will, lol. Being there for 2 weeks meant we brought quite a bit of clothing, unfortunately there is only 1 small wardrobe, so I lived out of my suitcase, not a major problem, more of a minor inconvenience.

Very friendly and great value, comfortable rooms

Pros: The accommodation was very clean and the area was quiet and peaceful.

Cons: It was a bit far out from the centre of Ao Nang but the hotel arranged a free shuttle into the centre.

Perfect stay in amazing location!

Pros: A lot of things to mention about the hotel: 1. First of all, even it is a bit more away from the city center, the location is perfect for calm stay with a posibility to be transferred to the city. 2. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone is like a family. 3. Environment is with a mountain & lake view. Good atmosphere.

Pros: Exceptional friendly and helpful staff. The location of the resort is in a quiet, peaceful and beautiful area, there is a free tuk tuk service to Ao Nang. The onsite restaurant offers delicious food and drinks.

Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The room itself was lovely. Clean, big and had a lovely seating area outside. The staff who are a family are lovely people. You can tell work really hard and run the place with ease. The location was good, long beach was just over the road behind a hotel so easy access.

Cons: I didn't like not much to be honest. It was a well rounded stop on our travels.

Great experience with stunning mountain view

Pros: We had the mountain view room which was amazing. The room was very clean and modern. We rented a scooter for a couple of days to get around the beautiful Krabi (you can book through the resort). The resort restaurant is also nice with a stunning view over the lake. We had breakfast and dinner a couple of times there, nothing fancy, just good value for the money. After an exhausting day we could relax by the resort pool.

Cons: Absolutely nothing to complain about the stay. However on the last day we left Krabi headed for Phuket. The resort recommended and booked a taxi service (Skyways) for us that was really not a good experience (1 star rating on Google). When giving this feedback to the resort, we immediately received an apology message from the resort, which was greatly appreciated. We just hope the resort selects their partners more carefully in the future.

Beautiful resort!

Pros: I was so happy with my stay here, the staff were all so helpful and the surroundings were out of this world. The resort provide transport free of charge into town which was an added bonus. Food from the restaurant was nice, overlooking the stunning lake.

Cons: A window next to my bed didn’t lock, I was worried as travelling as a solo female. But this was very minor issue for me

Nicest staff through Thailand yet, a very lovely 2 night stay

Pros: The pool was wonderful, the restaurant was great. The place had such a lovely setting.
