Decent for a short-term stay

Pros: As a Muslim, I appreciate the easy access to nearby halal foods. The room was spacious and clean while breakfast was decent, although I skipped the chicken as I was not entirely convinced of its Halal-ness.

Great food with beach vibes

Pros: The Casa Solana is beautifully located close to the beach and walking street. Staff members are extremely kind and helpful, willing to go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. We especially enjoyed the restaurant with live music which has one of the best food we explored in Patong, especially the cinnamon coconut water was a new twist that we loved. The rooms are quite spacious, clean and give a beach vibe with very well selected details. We loved the thoughtful gimmicks like a beach bag and bathrobe. Also the balcony is very enjoyable, providing space to dry your beach clothes in the sun or just sit and relax. We would definitely come back and recommend the hotel to our friends.

Cons: When arriving, we noticed that the bed was broken. The staff immediately offered us another room but also here the bed was broken. Only the third room had a functioning bed. Take a closer look when entering the room, as you also have to pay a security guarantee which may be deducted in case something breaks.

Pros: Location. its on the quiter side of Patong if u wanna have some peace in the evenings. just a short walking distance from Bangla road. 711 is just a stone's throw away. amenities within the hotel is just right.

Great atmosphere with good service made for a relaxing stay.

Pros: The atmosphere was exceptional, very relaxing and cozy. The room was very clean, had lots of space to spread out our belongings in our own way, and still felt cozy nonetheless. The staff was very helpful and smiling, and the food was amazing with a wide variety of meals to choose from. The owners were also very present and welcomed us in which was appreciated. Overall we’d go back to this hotel if we ever came back to Phuket!

Cons: The only negative would be the loud thrumming sound of our aircon but that was a minor issue.

Pros: We had an outstanding stay at this hotel. From the very beginning, the staff were highly professional, attentive, and always ready to assist, making communication smooth and efficient. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, and the on-site restaurant offers an excellent dining experience with a diverse and high-quality menu. The location is ideal — conveniently close to Patong’s main attractions and popular beaches, yet sufficiently removed to provide a peaceful and relaxing environment. The surroundings are calm, making it easy to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing or beach activities. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a combination of comfort, convenience, and excellent service in Patong.

Good value for money, took care of all our needs

Pros: The advantages were the pet-friendly pool, the fact that they agreed to change our dates due to our mistake, the mostly friendly staff, the room which was relatively nice with a balcony overlooking the garden and pool, good cleaning, a pleasant pool, a warm welcome, and the hotel also offers a tasty restaurant and good coffee, plus the price was fair

Cons: The disadvantages were standing water in the courtyard causing a lot of mosquitoes, the second room we were moved to being much worse, the kettle not working, no electrical outlets next to the bed, no Netflix on the TV, the beds being separate even though we requested a king-size bed, we had to ask multiple times before getting proper attention, hotel cats roaming without owners which bothered my friend who’s allergic to cats, the second room didn’t have an ashtray outside, and the shower was too small with poor water flow. Overall, we were satisfied, the price was worth it, and we recommend the hotel to improve the service and infrastructure because it has huge potential.
