Pros: We recently stayed at Hiran Residences as a family of 3 and had a great experience. The room was spacious and very clean, which made our stay super comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout. The location is perfect — away from the crazy busy areas, but still convenient. About 15 mins to Bangla Street, 12 mins to the beach, and 19 mins to the Boxing Stadium. Overall, a really nice and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend!

Fairly good

Pros: Fairly good location, 7 minutes walk from the beach. They had microwave in the looby which you can use. That was very useful! The stuff was very nice, friendly and welcoming. 2 bottles of water in the room every day.

Cons: There was a sea view but... from the bathroom. And city view from the room. No logic... The faucet in the bathroom was damaged, I told about that but noone fixed it. They didn't do dusting and didn't sweep the floor. They washed the floor, but didn't sweep it. So it didn't become actually clean. The water stayed in the shower and I couldn't remove it because the drain was higher than the level of the floor.

Peaceful, close to the main bazaar (Patong) and value for money.

Pros: Value for every penny paid. Clean and close to Patong. Cooperative owner and staff. I will visit again for sure.

Cons: If they have breakfast option, it would be better. Not sure if they had.

Pros: Very helpfull staff, available and polite, family vive. Excellent location, close to beach, stores, restaurant yet quiet. Comfy bed, clean room, fridge, necessary amenities, all there. Good value for price.

Highly recommend!

Pros: What a great little hotel! Highly recommend and I would definitely stay again! Stayed here for 9 nights, rooms are very spacious and clean/ well looked after! Such amazing, helpful, professional and friendly management - they even left me a beautiful bouquet of flowers as it was my birthday during my stay! You don’t get this kind of service much in Patong! Location is perfect, only 10 min walk to the beach, close to all the nightlife but far enough from the noise! For the location and service, price is great! Thank you for your hospitality!

Cons: I liked everything! Yes, property doesn’t have a pool but you don’t need it when the beach is at your door step!
