Good place to stay. Think about options to eat

Pros: Clean, friendly and has a good location. The road to the sea from the hotel is not super pedestrian friendly, but nothing to do with the hotel at all. Breakfast 10/10.

Cons: When ordering full board for a long time take into consideration that the options are limited, and if you stay longer than 3-4 days it is becoming boring to eat the same food, though the restaurant has some options to choose from. Waiting time is about 30-40 minutes, but you can always order the food, go to the hotel room and come back when it is ready. Overall, all good

Budget-friednly with amazing staff and location on Patong beach.

Pros: This hotel has the most amazing and welcoming staff: everyone is attentive and polite. Cleaning in the room was done perfectly on a daily basis. The location is perfect: it is near the best (in my opinion) part of the Patong beach, but also in a walking distance to Jungle Mall, Banzaan market and Bangala road (if you like that).

Cons: Nothing, really. For the price, everything was fantastic.

Lovely stay and fabulous staff near to beach

Pros: Rooms are a great size with comfortable beds. The concierge staff were lovely and reception staff were really friendly. The on-site cafe staff were absolutely amazing- a big thanks to Jig and her team who made sure we were well looked after at meal times. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach with lots of local amenities in close proximity. I also loved the afternoon tea that was on every day - this was a lovely touch

Cons: Breakfast - we didn’t really like breakfast and thought it was quite expensive for what was available. The balcony to our room was also very small.

Pros: Super friendly staff! We love them! Nice hotel and location.

Cons: Room insulation was poor. Windows, entrance door and walls. The hotel offers earplugs which is kind frivolous for 5 stars hotel. If u add rubber seals on doors and windows + acoustic insulation at walls you will be awesome, but earplugs are kinda weird decisions for that rank hotel.

Most enjoyable stay close to the beach

Pros: The staff were all so lovely the two door men smiled and greeted us every time we passed and the girls Nook and friends at the dinner, the omelette maker every morning all made our stay enjoyable thank you. The room was lovely and the shower Devine I miss it already

Would book again if better pool area

Pros: I liked the comfort of the room and location and staff

Cons: The pool area and annoying people playing loud music

Pros: Nice rooms and very clean, good breakfast. Good prices at the Hotel Restaurant. The beach is close to the hotel . About 15 minutes walking to get to Bangla Street from hotel.

Beautiful , secure and centrally located. What you see is what you get.

Pros: 1. Central Location, could basically walk anywhere including Jungceylon Mall. 2. Shopping 3. The food. 4. The water you give daily

Cons: Cant' think of anything wrong, just don't understand why toilet paper should not be put in the toilet.

Pros: The staff was extremely polite and always going above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied and comfortable.

Cons: The fact we could not take our own drinks to the swimming pool.
