Pros: Nice clean room with a great view and a large balcony, the bed is also comfortable

Cons: It was a bit noisy from the street, but you can get used to it, and there was no corkscrew, bottle opener, or sharp knife.

Amazing first stay in Phuket

Pros: Great location. Amazing price. Considering it was low season it was so hot and sunny. Room cleaned by staff every day and fresh bottles of water and clean bedding and towels. Aircon and safe included. The staff are lovely.

The room has everything what we need, coffee, tea, water, kitchen Patong beach is exactly 10 minutes by foot, 7 minutes to Banlga Street. I recommend it to everyone, we will definitely choose this hotel again. The price is very good, this exceeded expectations. thank u best experience!

Pros: I like the staff, was very helpful with everything. Coming back to this place 2nd time in 2 years. The location is good aswell. Close to everything. 3 min walk to the beach

Cons: The internet connection was poor, sometimes there was no internet at all. Rooms could be better looking too. It's a big hotel facilitie but dont have swimming pool for kids, sad. We got a room upstairs, 4th floor, which was not comfortable to climb up and down during the day. Specially on departure day when we had to bring down the suitcases.

Pros: I really liked the area, room was clean. What i didn't like was the mini fridge ( smell was bad, it should be clean from time to time). Breakfast also was poor but overall the stay was super ok.
