Charming, quiet hotel close to the beach with wonderful staff.

Pros: Patong Palace felt more like a guest house than a hotel. The staff were very kind, friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to make my stay very comfortable and easy. The gardens, pool and room - all meticulously kept clean, rooms are down the drive and away from the noise of the road, so it's a very serene space. Would definitely recommend for solo travellers or couples.

Cons: The wifi can be a bit hit and miss. But generally good.

Pros: The hotel is very good. It is located in a quiet area. It is 10 minutes away from the sea. It is 20 minutes away from Banglo Street (assuming you are not in a hurry). All the photos are accurate. The food is good, but there is no natural coffee. The staff is very pleasant, helps with everything. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Short but Sweet stay in Phuket

Pros: Patong Palace Hotel is ideally situated in the heart of the lively Patong. It’s a small walk to the beach and all the vibrant bars and restaurants. It has a really nice swimming pool and our room had a nice patio with tables and chairs out front. Also, the TV was a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube!

Cons: Although we understand that Phuket is an island with lots of wildlife, we did see inside our room lizards and cockroaches.
