Pros: The staff helped to find rooms to upgrade pretty fast, and the villa rooms were really good.

Cons: The originally booked rooms were behind the main entry on the right side of the parking slots and it looks pretty bad. Thanks to the staff, I was able to upgrade rooms to villa. I believe the price difference wasn't so big compare to deluxe or moonlight and it's what you should pay attention

I’m satisfied

Pros: Located close to the beach but hotel itself is not affected by the craziness of the streets. The staff from the reception nice and helpful.

Cons: The gym could be more equipped.

Pros: My sisters and I were on a vacation for my birthday. The hotel staff were incredible, always eager to assist and very hospitable ( khawp kun kha). The hotel is in a great location so you can walk to all the central spots or take a motorbike. Overall, we had an amazing time and we’d definitely come back.

Cons: only poor breakfast 🍳::(( its finish 10:30 but we always went there 10:00 its everything was finished and they don’t top up nothing, if you’re lucky you can find something to eat::((

Relaxing hotel to escape to after adventuring and day activities.

Pros: Nap Patong is very close to the beach and there’s lots to do nearby. The pool facilités were lovely and we ate at the restaurant multiple times and ordered room service. The hotel was a quiet oasis away from the bustling streets outside. Staff were very nice and went out of their way to make our stay extra comfortable. Daily breakfast had a nice variety. We used the gym a few times.

Lovely stay

Pros: The room was comfortable with a nice balcony. The location was good as it was close to everything but also quiet. The breakfast selection was good. The pool was nice and bar food was good. The staff there couldn't do enough for us.
