Overall would highly recommend staying at the Novertel

Pros: The room was as expected and the pool area was amazing and the food and staff were awesome.

Cons: The only complaint was the air conditioner in the room was not working well

Excellent Hotel on a perfect location

Pros: Excellent location. 5 mins walk from the beach.. staff was very courteous. Breakfast was really good. Rooms were decently big and very clean hotel. Everything about the hotel was perfect!

Pros: We were very satisfied with the service at the hotel, the exceptional friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness of the room, which was thoroughly cleaned every day. We would especially like to praise the housekeeping staff and the kitchen staff, who were always smiling, kind, and ready to help. During our stay, we used the cooking classes and the massage, and we were truly delighted with both experiences. The cooking class was excellently organized as a private session just for us, with patient and professional instructors. It was a special pleasure to enjoy the dishes we prepared ourselves. The massage was extremely relaxing and very professional. The hotel location is excellent — close to the beach, with a 7-Eleven store and a great Korean restaurant located just across the street. Warm recommendation for this hotel!

Cons: As a small suggestion for improvement, Pad Thai was served for breakfast only once and only with pork. For us, a version with chicken or seafood would have been a better option, as well as having more fruit such as pineapple, which unfortunately was not served during our stay.

Fantastic!

Pros: The service from the staff at this resort was the best we have received from all our trips to Thailand! Great facilities for kids. Will definitely return .

Pros: I was there from the 15th to 28 in room 4210 and 4210 December. I love the two clean ladies. they were sweet helpful did a very good job also in the lobby the people who works there it was the perfect day in Thailand. I recommend to come here. It’s perfect for families. My vacation was just perfect. I love Thailand and Thai people is the best land of the world.

Cons: There was an incident in the lobby, but the whole hotel staff handles it perfectly
