Pros: The staff is very respectful, and the hotel is clean and comfortable.

Pros: I stayed over the NYE period, and as I had witnessed with multiple other accommodations that week, there was a problem with overbooking. Although I can not commend the hotel and staff enough for their professional reaction and solution to the matter. The restaurant below was great food with a reasonable bar as well, set in a great location. A few days prior, I found myself without a bank card meaning I was unable to access my funds. The staff went above and beyond to help me with this matter

GREAT STAY!!

Pros: We were absolutely thrilled for the Value for money!! The bed was so comfy and the shower nice and warm. The balcony offered a great view. We were really really happy that we found this place!!

Cons: We had no key but it was not really the fault of the hotel because the last customer forgot to bring it back. And since we could lock the room from the inside, even without the key we felt very safe!

Actually, all was good. The stuff was kind and friendly. For one person was a lot than enough space.

Pros: It was easy to communicate with Management and Administrators. If you need anything you can ask them. They always help😊The staff is very friendly.

Cons: The smell was really bad in the toilet from the tubes, but I was ready to this, coz I read it from previous comments. First, room service girls used air freshener, but later I bought few aroma sticks, so the problem was fixed. At night I closed the door to the toilet and during the day I was traveling a lot. So no time to smell anything. I think it’s a common problem in Thailand coz that kind of smell I felt also in few cafes and restaurants.

Pros: The Royal Sweet Hotel is very cozy and comfortable. The rooms are clean and spacious. Som of them have a balcony where the guests can smoke or watch the busy main street. The location of the hotel is privileged. The beach is in walking distance and many bars and restaurants are also nearby. The hotel has a Lebanese restaurant serving delicious food (thai and international). The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, specifically the manager Ali. He can help the guests in planning excursions and can give tips for hiring a motor cycle or shopping etc. I can strongly recommend this hotel.
