Great location and value

Pros: Very comfortable bed and very clean. Location also great, walking distance to beach, shops, bars and restaurants and yet very quiet as down a side road. Very friendly staff.

Cons: For the price I paid of £900. For 14 days and no breakfast. Had to pay 300 bhats per day for a breakfast. It should have been free

Pros: Location was excellent, we took a different direction everyday for our walk, cannot fault location

Pros: The Expat Hotel is one of my preferred hotels in Patong. I have stayed here 4 or 5 times in the past and will do so in the future. It is a 2 minute walk to Bangla Road, yet quiet at night if you need to sleep, great pool, a/c in room every good, excellent food. Staff are just perfect. I am already look to book my next stay in 2026.

Great location and sevice , small room

Pros: The room was clean ,staff where friendly ,good choice of breakfast not a buffet but the restaraunt staff can make you breakfast out of 4 options. Very close to bangala road but the sound proofing is good and you barely hear it.

Cons: The room was small , it was hard to open our 2 big baggage suitcases whitout putting at least 1 on the bed. Matress was kind of hard as well .

A fine hotel with many friendly faces and an excellent chef.

Pros: The location was excellent. Very close to the shops and nightlife, yet not close enough to be disturbed by party noises during the evening/night. The pool is beautifully calm and never overused, and so was a very relaxing place to wind down. My room was small but sufficient for myself as a single traveller. The shower was surprisingly efficient with hot or cold water available at any time of day. The staff were very polite and rooms were serviced every day without question.

Cons: No plug in the sink made it very difficult to shave and was actually a big waste of water. Although I made a special request, no effort was made to show the Ladies Rugby World Cup Final, mainly due to several Australian Finals matches being played around the same time, and a large presence of Aussie males surrounding the bar. Another gripe would be the lack of commentary sound (music being played) during Premiership Football games, but full commentary always available for Aussie rugby. There's a need to treat your customers equally.
