Great location, amazing staff. Enjoyed the stay

Pros: Close to everything, Staff were incredible, when taxi did not arrive, they stepped in and contacted my diving operator to arrange a local taxi to get me to a pickup point so I made my boat on time I cannot thank them enough

Pros: It was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly and very helpful. The location was spot on with only a short walk to bangla road.

Cons: The view was a mass of power cables but other than that fantastic

Pros: Everything is beautiful and good, the food, the cleanliness, the good manners of the staff and all those in charge of this hotel. I thank them very much. This is not the first time I have booked in this hotel. I consider it my favorite hotel.❤️

Pleasantly surprised with this place.

Pros: Staff was awesome, and I'm not exaggerating. Wasa is a gem of a person and a great host. I wasn't expecting much from this place after some huge disappointments at other Thai hotels that were 4× more expensive than Orchid. Obviously it's not a luxury resort, but for a clean basic place to stay it is a 10 for us. 100% would stay here next time I come to Patong.

Cons: There is no elevator. That's not an issue with me, but might be a problem for some people. The street is packed with so many people walking around at night that taxi can not get to the hotel, you may have to walk down the street to a pickup point if you want a cab at night. But that was not a problem for us, we loved the energy of the area, so I don't really consider that a negative.

Pros: The staff went out of their way to help me out with any issues I had. Amazing staff.

It was like my Home at Phuket

Pros: I was 3 nights in this Orchid Residence. My Experience was awesome. The lady in the reception was so much energetic and helpful. Don’t feel hesitate to stay here. The location is near Bangla road. You will get everything near you, like restaurant, bar, weed shop, motor bike rental shop, and many more. I will definitely choose again for their hospitality. The bed was comfortable, the room and washroom was also spacious.

Cons: The wifi speed was not better.

Really nice place with everything you need for a quality stay.

Pros: Modern quality individual apartments with more than enough space and services.

Cons: The application of a $25 dollar per day parking fee to any customer with a car parking at the property.
