2nd time here. Amazingly convenient

Pros: My 2nd time here. Let me check in early at 10am for free and eat breakfast even though wasn’t supposed to. Breakfast is from 8-12pm which is perfect if you’ve had a big night. I actually loved not having a window in my room as meant I could sleep and get over the jet lag. Amazing location

Great Party location near Bangla Road

Pros: Perfect location right near Bangla Road, can walk to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Cons: The rooms are a bit small if you have lots of big luggage bags.

Awesome hotel - value for money!

Pros: Great room, good location and delightful breakfast selection. And friendly staff.

Cons: One one our rooms had a major facility malfunction and there were no available replacement room at the moment. Was offered another room in another nearby hotel but we manage to share room for the 1nite. Nevertheless the staff was helpful and tried their best to assist. Offered an upgraded room the next day. Thank you.

Pros: The fact that everything was in close proximity. This hotel made our 1st Songkran experience very special.

Pros: Breakfast!!!! I really enjoyed all the food options, it was included. Well maintained! Very clean and tidy.

Cons: The receptionist can be more welcoming and courteous with customers. The wash pipe gun wasn’t working well. No table to eat in the room. Not even two chairs.

Pros: Close to nightlife, good staff, my room was at the back and I had no street noise.

Cons: My friends had rooms at the front and they said it was very noisy

Pros: Wonderful stay, accessible to pharmacy, 7/11 store, laundry, ATMs, restaurants, bike hire etc. It gets noisy at night but we were pleased with the room they provided us, away from the noisy street. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful. The staff booked a taxi (900 baht) to get back to Phuket Airport.

Cons: When doing your booking with Booking,com, please check if Breakfast is included in the price. We were in the impression that we had booked along with breakfast, but was disappointed to learn that it was not included in the price.
