Overall we have a great time at this property. The short comings we faced were tolerable

Pros: It was secluded and away from the busy streets. The staff were friendly. Over all the place was clean.

Cons: The garden in front of the room could have been maintained well. It was only ground.

Pros: The staff especially Fern and Back. All smiles from the lovely man on the security gate and the complimentary van driver. All the breakfast staff were fantastic. The front desk people weren't very warm. The staff sang happy birthday to me and gave me a special dessert without me even being aware they knew.

Pros: I read a lot of reviews stating people were disappointed in the breakfast to me this was a highlight! While there it was my birthday and when coming home from shopping that day my bed had been lovingly decorated and an amazing dessert was supplied. The pool vibes and relaxing environment away from the hustle and bustle also amazing. Gym although small had everything you needed to get a workout in, aircon when on was great compared to others I have been to. Particular staff were so lovely, I left a tip for Fern who was a very talkative friendly bubbly staff member. Toilets in hotel near pool always clean. I was sad to leave 🥲

Cons: If I was being picky I’d say maybe the fridge is a bit small if you want to bring back drinks to keep cold. Also to some who don’t walk or keep fit the hill to the hotel is quite steep but I didn’t mind it at all, I made it part of my fitness routine.

Pros: What I liked about this hotel is that it’s not right in the center of all the hectic activity of Phuket, so you can feel a bit of the ordinary, local life away from the beach and clubbing areas. The hotel provides a shuttle, so you can reach Patong for free in about 15-20 minutes, which was a very pleasant ride (scooters and Grab also worked perfectly). Our room was clean, and the bathroom was really spacious and nice. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to use the pool, but it looked great.

Amazing hotel for our honeymoon.

Pros: The food was tasty, especially the mango sticky rice. We loved our suite that had a nice view of the mountain. The bathroom was very spacious. We genuinely just love the vibe of the hotel. The staff were nice too.

A fabulous hotel if you’re looking for luxury with a view

Pros: Amazing location to enjoy the skyline of Patong whilst feeling the vibe of the town Fantastic pool with a jacuzzi area and bar The room was incredible, spotlessly cleaned and tidied up on a daily basis The staff were friendly and attentive Easy gym access on a 24h basis

Cons: At this level of service, one shouldn’t expect to see that the coffee in the room is chargeable. Coffee at breakfast could be made fresh and not from a ground-to-bean machine. Sometimes, what we asked for wasn’t available and not specified upfront when we’re being given the breakfast menu for the day. We attended the New Year’s Gala Dinner which was fantastic at the rooftop bar. Unfortunately we ran into an issue towards the end of the night were the staff removed our bottle of wine from the table, which was still going, and insisted on charging us for it, claiming it was empty (having only recently been opened), and subsequently argued with us about it. In the end, we weren’t charged, but arguing with a customer about the staff’s own mistake? A no-go..

Overall a good stay, a few small changes could make a huge difference.

Pros: Nice location, good for family’s. Away from the heavily tourist populated areas but close enough to easily get to places. Great breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Attentive staff.

Cons: Gym facility isn’t the best. Breakfast timings could be slightly longer. No Netflix on the tv.

Great location away from the hustle and bustle from town.

Pros: Great location away from the hustle and bustle of Patong. Room was spacious with a great view. Breakfast was delicious each morning. Staff very friendly and they run a shuttle to the town and beach which is handy.

Cons: The decking around the pool was a bit warped, which was a shame as the rest of the hotel was perfect.
