Good value for money

Pros: Good value for money. Room was clean and has everything you need for short or long stay. Apartment isn’t new, but it’s cheap enough for this location.

Pros: nice renovation, free WIFI and just walk 25min to Beach

Cons: 1st time experience, 5day 4night no clean water to shower because water supply is smelly, management said govn problems, but anyhow management prepare clean water for us wash face and brush teeth, shower…errrrr imagine 4nights without clean water to shower !

Excellent, affordable and comfortable place to stay right at Porto de Phuket.

Pros: We liked everything: from its location (right at Porto de Phuket) to its comfort. This small apartment is well equipped, cosy and comfortable. The two a/c units are a big asset. The cold water in the fridge is also a nice touch. We’ll definitely recommend to friends and will choose it again when traveling to Phuket.

Pros: - Location : The place located in the very center of the Laguna area. Everything is within walking distance. - Ease of checking in/checking out : the room can be checked in very early and also the process of retrieving the key card is easy. The checking out is easy also - Host : The host is fast in response.

Cons: - It's really nothing I don't like about the place.

Pros: The owner was meticulous with making sure everything was just right.

Cons: It was personal. I would have liked to be closer to the beach. But the area was really interesting. Some great shops. Higher end too. Excellent eating around this area.
