Pros: The hotel is beautiful, we had a room with a view over the Patogn, it was beautiful. Minimalist breakfast but good. Worth the location. I recommend.

Cons: The location is not exactly ideal, being a bit far from the center of Patong

Pros: Great stay, I got lucky with one of the rooms you can see the ocean and city from so I had an amazing view. Also the pool was really nice, restraunt made good food and the barman ball made the best cocktails in the world.

Cons: Rooms weren't too bad but its a new hotel so it was missing a few things like safety deposit boxes and cutlery. Also the shower wasnt great, the water was only hot or cold, it wouldn't let me do warm

Pros: The Staff was really friendly and helpful in everything we asked for.

Cons: Breakfast food options could have been more, as it was the same menu everyday.

Pros: The staff was extremely friendly they couldn’t do enough for you , room was always cleaned to high standard everyday , the food was beautiful and great price and the pool was very big

Pros: All the staff were perfect and very helpful. It was all clean in the room. The hotel was close to the center. The pool was perfect

Exceptional Stay at a prime location!

Pros: Jaria was so sweet and kind. I had requested an early check-in since I took an early flight, but unfortunately, they couldn’t accommodate it due to other guests’ occupancy. However, she let me relax by the pool and offered me a complimentary breakfast and drink. That was incredibly thoughtful of her and truly great hospitality. I would recommend this place 100%, and whenever I visit Phuket, this will be my go-to stay! It’s sad that I booked it for only one night. I wish I had found this earlier and booked at least two more nights.

Cons: It was probably a similar situation to what I experienced during my check-in, where other guests were waiting, which may have made the check-out process feel a bit rushed. As a result, I didn’t have enough time to pack and freshen up comfortably. I completely understand that this was due to occupancy and not the hotel’s fault. As a small suggestion, it would be helpful if the staff could call the room, knock on the door, or inform guests in advance about the check-out time so that we can plan accordingly. Additionally, the check-out time mentioned on Booking.com could be made a bit clearer to avoid any confusion.

Pros: I had a very pleasant stay here. The atmosphere is calm, clean, and well maintained from check-in to check-out. The room is comfortable and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax. Staff members are polite, friendly, and always willing to help. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. Overall, it’s a great value for money and suitable for both leisure and business stays. I would definitely consider coming back.

Ottima esperienza

Pros: Struttura pulita e nuova con camera spaziosa e una piscina stupenda,pranzo e cena ottimi anche se con poca scelta

Cons: Bisogna migliorare la colazione,non c’era molta scelta

Pros: El hotel es nuevo, literal nos tocó que apenas estaban poniendo últimos detalles, el personal es amable y muy servicial, la alberca es genial y el restaurante esta hermoso, supongo que mejorarán el desayuno al terminar de adaptar los toques. El hotel esta arriba de una colina como 10-15 minutos de Patong y el caos y como 25-30 minutos de Old town Phuket, lo hace muy exclusivo si quieres descansar y no tener contacto con tanta gente.

Cons: Que apenas estaban ultimando detalles pero solucionaron el internet, la plancha y cosas que faltaban, comprendo que es nuevo y abrieron unos días antes de mi llegada.
