Had a great stay

Pros: The room were exceptionally clean, and the quality of the room was superb. The property is conveniently located within walking distance from Patong Beach and Bangla Street.

Cons: Pool was too small

Pros: Neat, clean and worth for money. Roof top pool was very clean. Also patong beach and bangla street is almost 1 km only.

Cons: Old lock and key system.

Feel great to be in Patong Heaven.

Pros: Nice roof top view with relaxation pool and sauna. Room clean and comfortable. Enjoy bathtub. Have TV local and global channel. Great value for the room. Also have a great small open restaurant downstairs next to reception.

Cons: Not much other on the street doing upgrading footpath, just cautious to enter.

Pros: Excellent hotel with beautiful rooftop swimming pool hotel staff and service very good rooms are very clean staff at reception are friendly and helpful WiFi is excellent everything thing nearby from hotel beach , gyncelon mall , Bangla street and street food street shopping .hotel stay recommended see you again soon…

Pros: The room was clean location was near by to beach , Bangla street,function mall next to hotel there was 7/11 hotel has rooftop swimming pool with beautiful view of patong and also has gym in the lobby there is a restaurant delicious food .i will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. Good price.

Reception location was amazing and the staff and the food

Pros: The food in the restaurant and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons: The pool area the bins were full one day and I had to empty them because they haven’t been emptied for a few days and the rubbish was blowing all round the pool area. The guy that was there all he did was smoke near the shower and go in the cupboard. It’s very dirty the floor near the end of the two weeks when I was there, I saw one of the girls and she cleaned the toilet and then the day after I asked her to mop the floor it was that black my feet were filthy.

Pros: Staff are brilliant. Rooms are large with great WiFi and all amenities. Location is excellent and great value for money. All floors assessable by lift including rooftop pool. The rooftop pool area has seating also as well as great views and fresh clean air coming down from the mountains.it also has a sauna and steam room. Would highly recommend. Very difficult to fault.

As expected and close to everything

Pros: Really great pool and area around with a view of both mountain and city to the beach.

Cons: Hard pillows as all Thai hotels seem to have. On a main road so noisy all the time

Pros: Great staff good location. Nice rooms with excellent 5g WiFi. Pool looked nice. Couldn't fault it

Cons: Getting directions through booking com to Google maps sends you to different address Spent 40 minutes getting sunburnt annoying overworked underpayed flanged out thai people Till we figured it out

Pros: The staff and the manager are so helpful and professional all the time. They never denied any of my requests, and the location is so great.
