Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong Beach Resort

Friendly staff, comfy rooms, and fantastic pool!

Pros: - Room was lovely and spacious with great aircon. - Overall hotel design was really nice. - The staff were super friendly and helpful. Honey at check-in especially! - Very short walk to beach (a few steps) and while very close to the lively area, it was peaceful and relaxing. - Pool area is lovely, lots of fun, nice pool, and great drinks and snacks.

Cons: The pool area is supposed to be no smoking (there was a specific smoking area) but this was largely ignored with loads of smokers ruining the area a bit and staff no empowered to ask them to stop (if the no smoking rule has since changed the old signs should be removed).

Pros: I recommend staying in this Hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The food is amazing. Thank you to Penny and Oui.

Amazing stay

Pros: Extremely clean, perfect location, excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms / beds, and the staff is very hospitable.

Pros: We stayed at the resort for a week, and from the moment we arrived the staff was incredibly attentive—especially Ms. Love and Ms. Rainy, who made sure we had everything we needed at all times. The hotel is in an excellent location, offering both peaceful, quiet areas and livelier spaces with a beach-bar vibe, plus direct access to the beach. The activities were also fantastic. We really enjoyed the Muay Thai class with Sam, and I absolutely loved the cooking class experience with their team. We also followed the concierge’s food recommendations, and they did not disappoint!

Pros: The location Cleanliness Services Staff mainly at the restaurant. Ciara deserve an award for what she does. She was there for me very patiente and understanding. As a solo traveler that’s all you need

Cons: I would have loved to stay at the hotel for all my vacation but it was fully booked 😔

Pros: Amazing room, hotel and staff service, everything was very good.

Cons: There was a muezzin who made loud noises for several hours a day. The time when the noise was particularly disturbing was between 5:00-5:30 a.m. We couldn't sleep properly.

Modern Luxury with Outstanding Staff

Pros: The hotel is very large and meets Western standards. The pools are fantastic, and the rooms are modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The staff were truly exceptional. I became seriously ill and completely exhausted during my stay, and the care I received was beyond anything I expected. The hotel staff checked on me regularly and even sent tea to my room. I will be forever grateful for their kindness and compassion. The hotel is a bit outside of Patong, which may or may not suit everyone, but I personally liked it. Patong isn’t the best place in Phuket to stay in my opinion, and while I was sick, this hotel felt like a true sanctuary.
