Andaman Beach Hotel Phuket - Handwritten Collection by Accor

Amazing value for money, great place for a 1 week holiday with friends or family.

Pros: Well nicely designed and an incredible view from our room.

Cons: The location is a little difficult since it’s located on a small uphill road.

Great experience

Pros: The seaview, the room, the bed, the balcony, the breakfast and dinner. The pool was great and drinks very excellent. The 24h fitness was much appreciated with also a good view. The staff of the hotel were all so friendly and welcoming.

Cons: The inside shuttle was great but when I left early because I had a flight in the morning they told me that the shuttle was not in operation at this time which was a little down for my experience. I had a lot of luggage and they don't have an escalator from the rooms to the reception. The fitness has climatisation but only 1 of 2 worked which is why the temperature was always still to a bearable level. But when the 2 units would have been functioning it would have been fantastic.

Pros: The hotel is really beautiful and pool and rooms are so comfortable. The gym is also ok most of the things work and have enough for the holiday. Also the location is great

Cons: Some of the chairs at the pool were a bit dirty and food is over price and not that good at least not Thai dishes

Staff and restaurant

Pros: Kov Cola Sam Zee in the restaurant all lovely girls always smiling and friendly couldnt do enough for me. Charz the manager a great guy always made sure I was ok, Reception staff and domestics all very friendly and helpful.

Cons: No air con in restaurant made it uncomfortable to stay too long sometimes i was only guest in there but the food was lovely

Good value for money, relaxing stay

Pros: Clean, spacious, delicious food, nice rooms, ok pool, relaxing, boogy service- there is a lot of stairs.

Cons: Serving staff did not speak English, slow service in the bar, overpriced breakfast

Pros: I have stayed in Andaman for 2 nights as a solo traveller and staff wise were friendly and hospitable. Special mention to the night reception manager Erman who facilitated my days in Phuket particularly giving me some recommendations on where to go or places to see as I haven't got any itinerary planned in my head. Also to their staff Abu and Fata for their welcoming vibe. Will definitely stay again in Andaman if I ever fly back again in Phuket Thailand.

Cons: The lobby toilet got so many mosquitoes.

Pros: The Hotel is very nice specially the location . But the reason I am writing this review because of the staff there . There is staff there name Sayed , he made everything I want happen I had a problem on my room and he solved it immediately. Also when I request anything from him , he do it immediately with a happy face . Really he made me have an amazing stay in this hotel . I highly recommend to stay there
