Pros: Great location,clean and tidy rooms and the staff are fantastic

Good location and comfortable.

Pros: Great location with everything you need around you. Walk to beach. Good room, with good aircon.

Cons: Only one key available. Makes it hard if one of you wants to go out at night and the other wants to sleep.

Loved it, will return and recommend!

Pros: Perfect location: short walk to the beach, restaurants, pharmacy, ATM, 7 Eleven, everything you need within a few metres. Most comfortable bed and pillows I've had in a hotel! Very happy with that! Staff were always very pleasant and polite.

Cons: The shower covers the entire bathroom with water each time. There's a drain in the floor for that, but anything and everything you have in the bathroom will become soaked - no exhaust fan or window there, so steam will also dampen towels and toilet paper. Great hot water and shower pressure, though. Still worth a stay! A few things listed in the room amenities were missing. No mini bar, clothes drying rack, etc. However, I didn't enquire about it - they may have catered to my requests given the opportunity to resolve it, so it's perhaps not right that I complain here. Just worth noting, based on the room's listed features. Busy road outside the room - I used earplugs to sleep through the sounds of traffic on the first night but adjusted well enough to sleep comfortably without them for the duration of my stay. Just be mindful of that if you're a light sleeper - the room is advertised as soundproof, but it's definitely not as quiet as you may hope.

Pros: The staff were lovely, laundry was good value. Air con was really quiet and effective.

Cons: Although the location is nice being at top of beach front it was a bit of a walk to the activities. It's only a 5/10 minute walk so not a deal breaker.

Close to the beach

Pros: The location is 3min near Patong beach .If I come ,I will stay for sure again at this hotel.Clean ,with a lift,room big size ,very comfortable bead.They offer you a beach towel and that mate is traditional for sand. It is close with super market, restaurant, but the most important it is quaite. You have a little coffee shop for breakfast,or coffee.

Great Location. Super clean

Pros: The hotel is very clean and welcoming. They clean your rooms every day and leave you two bottles of water every day. A place I would definitely recommend and will return to, 1 minute from the quietest beach in Patong.

Cons: Nothing. All good.

Excellent stay , will come back again

Pros: The view from my balcony ( Partial Sea view). The staff were always willing to assist and the location was excellent.

Cons: They did not serve breakfast because it was low season
