Location is perfect. The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Pros: Hotel is very central, and all attractions are easily accessible. An amazing, vibey location, with many tourists. Everything you need is nearby. The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. Laundry service is avaliable, as well as a coffee/tea and snack bar.

Great Stay

Pros: The Hotel is so modern, clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Thailand.

Cons: Nothing to do with the hotel itself but a little traffic noise outside at night but was not bad at all as we were able to sleep

Pros: The staff was very supportive and helpful. They assisted me with everything I needed. The room was very clean and well maintained. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and a great experience. The hotel location in Patong Beach, Phuket is also very convenient.

Pros: The staff and cleanliness of the room. Free drinks and snacks in the lobby. The fact they met my booking request to stay at the back away from the main road at the front.

Cons: A little noisy outside, even at the back of the property, but that's Patong. If you want a quiet place then do not go to Patong :)

Pros: Big nice room, the bed is big, comfortable mattress. The girls at reception are friendly. I was given a present for my birthday, very nice. If I need to stay in this part of Patong, I would love to stay in this hotel.
