Hotel Baya Phuket

Pros: Pleasant, friendly staff. Easy walking distance to Patong Beach

Central but still quiet location, very happy with our choice

Pros: Great location, with the market with unlimited food options, 7/11, massage salons, etc right next to it, cheap and quick laundry service, scooter rental, walking distance to the beach, clubs and downtown, still easy and fast to get out of the city to explore the area. Unfortunately some of the furniture and the building could use some renovation, but the services were all flawless. All in all, great value for money for a 3* hotel.

Cons: Cleaning of the room was usually in the early afternoon, so if you spend the morning somewhere and you come back for a shower around midday, you will not have your room cleaned that day. But that was the last week of December, with quite very many people, so this is really understandable.

Good value, trustworthy, comfortable.

Pros: Good location, next to all amenities and next door to a lovely outdoor food market. Staff were incredibly friendly. Room was good, a little bit tired, but very comfy bed, fridge, aircon, kettle, balcony. What more do you need? Rooftop was great. Very clean, large swimming pool and plenty of places to lounge. Would deffo go again if back in Patong.

Cons: The annoying bad boy bikers outside, revving their bikes all night. That was very irritating. Wish the police would do something about it.

Pros: Lovely staff on reception, very helpful. Roof top pool great with inflatables to use TV good with netflix and YouTube Balcony fairy size (ours looked on the street, not a wall at the adjacent hotel) Lift a god send being on the 5th floor. Night Market next to property 7 Eleven and Tops convenience store really close by

Cons: Minor issue the room was cleaned twice, had to ask for toilet roll

Pros: If you want a budget Hotel don’t hesitate to book it!! Close to a big Market 🥰

Pros: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Great stay and dont know why this hotel has bad reviews. I think this hotel is definitely underrated. For my stay, everything was great — the room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. The price was very fair for what you get, and overall it felt totally worth the money. Staff were polite, they speak english and I had no issues at all. I extended my stay and they let me stay in same room 🥰 I’d happily stay here again. Recommended!

Pros: Location, roof pool. Good air-conditioning. Have a kettle in the room.also, bum gun, have gotten used to it.😁

Cons: Can get a little noisy in the hallway. And motorcycle starting in the soi.

Clean property in a good location!

Pros: Property was in a good location with the night markets right outside the premises, quiet and very little noise. Water provided everyday. Good aircon. Room was spacious enough with good amenities. Local shops, 7 eleven, restaurants and bars close by. Around a 20 minute walk to Bangla Road.

Cons: A little tired in a few places but no other faults

Pros: The friendly staff and willingness to help. Thank you Aisha, Nang and Arm for your excellent service. The cleaning staff amazing as well. Very comfortable and affordable and will definitely came back next year.

Cons: I liked everything from location, comfortability and pricing nothing I didn't like.
