Pros: The reception staff was very courteous and helpful. They helped me out with my room quite efficiently The check out was done in 5 minutes( I had a cab driver waiting and they coordinated with the housekeeping and the bellboy in literally 5 minutes,and also settling with my deposit money clearance) The fireshow at the half moon party was stunning

A heaven.

Pros: The main area around the pool was very beautiful. It felt like a paradise and more relaxing place to chill than to go far away for beach.

Cons: We booked through booking.com. However, when we came to extend our booking at the front desk, they quoted us tripple times the amount of booking.com which was unreasonable.

Cons: The pool was really shaded didn’t get any sunshine, the breakfast was disappointing.

Pros: My room was excellent, balcony pool was sunny and clean. Location is close to everything. TV with youtube and Netflix. In room menu is very rich and reasonable.

Cons: Check in - out process is slow. No pool towels in the room. Reception area is a mess Very noisy for lower floor rooms because people are screaming in the pool area. Upper floors are recommended.

Pros: We stayed in the honeymoon pool suite and the room was just perfect! Location is very nice because the hotel is next to Malin Plaza and just walking distance to beach and bars, but still in quiet area.
