Pros: January 2025 Stayed 4 weeks. We loved using the swimming pool and pool table, the daily room clean. Anything faulty, was repaired within a day of us reporting in to the manageress. There are lots of restaurants and fruit smoothie road stalls within 4 minutes walk. We got a mini bus from Phuket Airport (in front of the domestic terminal) to Patong Beach for 100baht, followed by a 200 baht Tuktuk to Cozy hotel on Nanai Rd. Then, I hired a 160cc scooter/bike for our stay for 250 baht per day. Our favourite restaurant was Doodee which has truly excellent authentic Thai food averaging $5AUD per meal and Quenchers restaurant averaging $9AUD per meal.

Cons: The arrogant Russian tourists, and aggressive rude U.K. giant Negro tourists on giant bikes..

Amazing hotel. Loved my stay

Pros: 10/10. One of the best 3 star hotels in Patong. Area is nice, with closeby restaurants, 711, gym, bars. The rooms are cleaned daily including changing sheets and towels. The pool is nice, clean and relatively large. Recommended 100%

Cons: There is only one issue. The rooms have very big windows but that creates a problem. While the windows are tinted, during the night when the light is on in the room everyone can see inside the room from the street. Especially the pool rooms, everyone was walking by looking inside the rooms.

Cons: When we first checked in our rooms AC was not working properly but they quickly had us moved to a new room which was great !

Pros: For me it was a good location lots of restaurants in walking distance the staff are helpful and friendly nice clean room great value for money I'd have no problem staying at Cozy Residence Nanal again if I go back to Phuket
