Truly a place to stay for families and loved ones.
Pros: The staff were really friendly and attentive. Always smiling and accommodate to our needs with sincerety. And love the quality of the breakfast spread.
Cons: Some parts of the hotel were being renovated or upgraded (the only time they could do it due to non-peak season)

Really good kid-friendly vacation escape option in Phuket
Pros: Very nice facilities and staff. Lots of dining options and things to do - so never really need to leave the resort
Cons: It’s slightly dated and could do with some upgrades but generally it’s well maintained. I also wished there was a more modern coffee machine (e.g., Nespresso) in the rooms

Just brilliant.
Pros: It all starts with ever smiling staff and doesn't end with services, cleanliness, quality of food, location of the property, the security, variety of food alternatives around the property etc...
Cons: Not much to add here except they could add a few options of water sports activities for guests.

Nice resort - just by the beach 🏖️
Pros: Marriott’s Phuket Beach Club is on the same ground as JW Marriott and it shares everything with that resort. The only difference is that you don’t have the same breakfast buffet and that the rooms might differ between the resorts. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was perfect for our family of five. I really like the closeness to the beach, that you have some cheap restaurants on the beach and a small shopping center within walking distance. We stayed for 4 nights which was perfect, after that we were quite done with the resort. Beautiful gardens between the houses and nice grass area between the resort and the beach were you can lay in the sun or play volleyball. I wouldn’t say that either this or JW is a real luxury resort, but they are definitely clean and good enough.
Cons: Though I have some remarks I highly recommend this hotel for families and older couples. At least for a couple of days. Breakfast deal is pretty bad, eaten at Siam Deli with a very limited offer from an a la cart menu. As on all resorts the restaurants are quite pricey. Rooms are a bit dark, but we only stayed there after sunset so for us it didn’t matter. Pools were a bit too warm for a fresh dip, I preferred the very nice beach instead.
