Perfect beach side holiday

Pros: Highly recommend those with young kids/babies to stay here. Has everything you need. Love the kids and adult pool area, baby friendly. Food at the cafes/restaurants here are great. Kids indoor playground facilities will keep your child busy for a long time. Staff here are all polite and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay and even extended it by a day.

Pros: We loved our stay, the staff were warm and very friendly and helpful and the facilities were great, we especially liked the fitness centre and breakfast was really good!! We would definitely recommend.

Cons: We had to make an international call to change a flight and we were astounded at the rates as these are only presented at checkout.

Great getaway for families with small kids

Pros: The rooms are huge. Enough space for a family or two to comfortably relax. Many activities for all ages. Pool is very nice. Property is clean and well kept. Staff everywhere was very friendly and helpful. Location is great, walking distance from Turtle Village but property feels secluded and safe.

Cons: To access the beach, must take a shuttle to the JW Marriott instead of just being able to walk there.

Good hotel in a quiet aria near the airport.

Pros: Very nice hotel, good breakfast. Fantastic room with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, spacious living room area. Nice swimming pool. Golf cart shuttle to the beach. Clean beach. ( no chairs on the beach ) Good hotel for people who want quietness. Short walk to some shops and restaurants. NO LOUD TOURISTS. Near the airport.

Cons: Not next to the beach, so no chairs to sit on. Small shopping street, if you want more entertainment, the hotel is a bit far from other possibilities. Chairs can be rented from local stalls.

Cons: The only issue is that it’s far from main city area of Phuket - so it’s more if you want to be in a quieter part of Phuket and enjoy the resort vibe as opposed being in the heart of the city/bustling areas
