Phuket Emerald Beach Resort

Pros: Nice rooms, located near the beach, breakfast had a good variety but considering how delicious the food on the island generally was, the food tasted okay.

Cons: The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. The pool is also quite small between the two main hotel buildings

Pros: Near the beach. Kids club & fitness centre very active. Daughter enjoyed all the activity there.

Pros: Hotel near the beachfront koran beach. Location near to most of attractions and easy to get a grab car tuktuk... the reception is very helpful, and we got the room upgrade family pool access.

Accomodation were great, staff are very friendly and helpful, good choice of food options however was a Bit expensive

Pros: Location was great! Straight across from the beach and multiple shops away.

Cons: One of the doors was able to be opened with a card however once staff was notified it was fixed. A bit expensive.

Pros: We had a pleasant stay at Emerald Beach Resort Phuket. Location: The hotel is very well located, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Everything is within walking distance, which makes it very convenient. Staff & facilities: The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is definitely family- and child-friendly. The pool area and general atmosphere are great for families with kids.

Cons: What could be better: Breakfast was okay, but unfortunately the eggs were often cold. Also, we were disappointed that we had to pay extra for having our child stay in the room, even though we clearly booked and paid for a room for 2 adults and 1 child (10 years old) in advance.

Enjoyable stay, great location

Pros: The rooms were spacious and the bed really comfy. The pool was really nice and the water slides were great

Cons: The breakfast was not warm enough by the time you sit down its cold.

Pros: Rooms are big. Breakfast is excellent. Location is very good, with a restaurant street and lots massage around. Also next to beach.

Cons: Pool area is very narrow, very slippery, one of us felt down and got hurt. Very little sun beds. No durian is allowed in the hotel.

Great place to stay for young children and families. Best place for perfect holiday
